Staff is really friendly and the receptionist on the night shift helped us by giving choises to go to dinner that were really good. The hotel is cozy and really clean so we recomend to other people. Localization is really good since its nearby santa lucia train station 5 minutes walking ( you can take train there to other cities). The aerobus is also by 8 minutes walking (that leads you to the aeroport). Carolina Reis, from Portugal

Budget hotel that’s close to the train station. Stayed here for a couple of nights for a weekend in Venice, and had a pleasant stay. It’s only a 5 minute walk from the station. There’s free breakfast provided that’s served by the hotel workers (light pastries and coffee/tea/juice). We had a Jack and Jill room that fit the four of us. There was one restroom and the shower was super small, but we made do. You can hear some of the ambient noises from outside, but earplugs help with that. There’s a 6 euro per person per night charge for the city tax that’s to be paid at the end of your stay. There is luggage storage at the front desk (which was open 24 hours).

I really enjoyed my stay at the Santa Lucia - all the staff were delightful and very eager to help (special shout-out to Angela on the front desk!) and my room was delightful, with all the amenities I needed. It is incredibly close to the Piazzale Roma, where all the buses from the mainland arrive, so very easy to make my way there once I arrived from the airport, and it's right on the Grand Canal, so amazing views every time I stepped out of the front doors! I would say: in terms of location, it's on the opposite side of Venice to St Mark's, so it was about a 30-min walk there, which I never minded, as Venice is so beautiful, but just to keep in mind! However, for an expensive city, I thought the Santa Lucia was a lovely, affordable place, and would definitely recommend it.

though the simple format, very interesting accommodation and affordable price. Their proximity to the center and the facility in travels are the attractions of the city.

The hotel location is very nice, just a 5 minutes walk from the station of Santa Lucia. Venice is always adorable place to visit. The facility of the hotel Wasn’t a great one. Rooms dust were all over. The carpet was untidy, the bathroom was so small. One thing was nice is the guy at the reception name Alberto, he really is a good person and knows his job well. The lady in the morning is just fine no particular grading but Alberto makes job well done.
