Actually, the location is a bit remote, which is tolerable, but the biggest problem is that the front desk English is not good, and there were very serious and basic errors in communication. The group was Spanish-speaking and I spoke English, which delayed things. I met two or three people and the communication was not smooth. I would not recommend it

The WI-FI is satisfactory and good. There is also a large balcony outside the second floor. There is no kettle.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a large shopping mall and supermarket within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. This area is relatively clean and safe. The people in the hotel are very friendly and nice.

I like the friendliness, the aimability, the service and the appreciation of and the interest for the guest.
I didn't like traffic situation, too much congestion because of the multitude of vehicles using the roads nearby the hotel. The noise in the room was at night so loud that I couldn't get a good sleep.

The window in my room did not fully close. The blinds were off track a little. Front desk did not speak English. Location is good. Hard to get a taxi at hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel, Luis helped us with our tours reservations, Jorge always so prompt and attentive, Miguel such a pleasant young man always willing to go the extra mile for us. Angie and Lorena such sweet girls, I didn’t pick up other names of the staff but ALL of them are GREAT. Thank you for making us feel at home. definitely will be back . Thank you so much, Eliana.
