The hotel was clean and very accommodating,
We didn't like how loud the heating element was when it came on. It was very loud in room 303, otherwise, the stay was nice and comforting

Hotel was fine but having no info in the rooms wasn’t great. We had to go to concierge every time we needed info. Having to pay the rates for parking or valet was ridiculous. The hotel was not full by any means and paying for parking was very expensive on top of the expensive cost of stay.

This property wasnt maintianed up to the typical stand of a Hilton. I read reviews from a couple months ago complaining about a broken elevator and thought, oh there must have been time to repair that I'll still book here because I typically like Hiltons. Nope. The elevator was still broken which was a huge inconvience as I was taking my mother who uses a mobility scooter. I booked a handicapped accessible room, room was fine in that way, but you practically had to fight to get on an elevator with that scooter. There were some basic repair items needed in our room too, water damage in the bathroom etc. The view was beautiful, as close to the ocean as you can get. Overall, I'll be picking a different hotel if we head back to Virginia Beach.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff! The location is awesome and ocean views were incredible. Only challenge was one elevator was out of order which led to longer wait time but they offered the service elevator as an option. Cannot wait to go back.

The hotel is very quiet and conveniently located near the beach. The breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are big and very clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I specifically booked an ocean view suite for my parents' last trip before leaving the US. However, when we arrived, the lock on the balcony door was broken, and the door couldn't be opened. We could only see the ocean through the glass. Although the staff promptly sent someone to fix it (it was after 9 pm), we had to wait until the next morning due to the issue with the parts. Unfortunately, we had to check out in the morning, so this was the only disappointment.

Nothing special. Nothing really awful. One of the elevators wasn’t working but they let us use the service elevator. I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel. I like animals but the noise wasn’t expected. I hate to pay for parking. Might stay again if I’m ever in that neck of the woods.

This place needs some updating, elevators don't work, pool was dirty and cold, my boys wouldnt get in it and the will swim in almost anything, room was ok but could have been cleaner, have to pay for parking, I'm glad we were just passing through and we're only there for one night, save your money go elsewhere, all the staff were helpful and good to us though so that was a plus
