Een super warm welkom door de gastvrouw Christiane, alles werd uitgelegd. Prachtige grote schone kamer, heerlijke bedden en complete badkamer. Kamers zijn modern en met behoud van identieke eigenschappen ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien 👌🏻een heerlijke ontspannen sfeer. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt . Voor ieder wat wils en ruim voldoende keus. Voldoende leuke goede restaurants op kruip afstand . In de omgeving kun je prachtig fietsen of wandelen .aan alles is gedacht, er is een koelkast met allerlei dranken , wijn, bier , koffie, thee. Wat je uit de koelkast gebruikt kun je opschrijven op een papier , en wordt bij uitchecken verrekend. Wij komen hier absoluut terug . Echt een aanrader, en de fietsen kunnen ook gestald worden.

Alle foto’s en voorgaande recensies kloppen. En toch willen we er graag iets aan toevoegen: het klopt hier gewoon. Het is heerlijk, ontspannen, makkelijk. Best luxe, maar niet over de top. Uiteindelijk is het een plek om terug te komen: en dat gaan we zeker doen! On top off: heerlijke restaurants èn dichtbij. Er wordt Nederlands gesproken, het is 300 meter over de grens - maar het is zo Vlaams en Bourgondisch als het maar kan.

Charmant hotel met aandacht voor de historische elementen van het pand. Het diner was brasserie-keuken (geen hoogstaande speciallekes) maar wel zeer lekker! Ontbijt aan de sobere kant. Alles mooi verzorgd. Prachtige omgeving. Hotel ligt omring door wandelknooppunten, dus ruime keuze aan wandelingen/afstanden.
