Rooms are not good and bathroom are not clean and looks dull, door issue, no games are proper, food quality is ok ok but expensive.

I had a good experience. Overall it was nice, location was great the only problem i faced was cockroaches. There was alot of cockroaches in the washroom. Apart from that the staff was cooperative and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

Rat location. Spacious rooms, and reasonable friendly and helpful staff. But they really need to get their act together writ the cleanliness and overall look and feel of the property! it looks run down and needs a coat of fresh paint and some sprucing up to make it a much better user experience for guests.

We stayed at a mountain View room 202... And the experience was pathetic. The spring of the bed was out, the swimming pool was dirty and a torn towel was given to us the bathroom flush was so strong the dirty commode water was coming out the tv in the room was not working for an hour hence we had to have lunch in front of the mechanic only... The service of the hotel was far worse than the amenities they first of all did not have tandoor and forced us to get only Chinese food the whole time for the stay last of all the worst was the behaviour of reception person named Sagar...He had a different attitude for each complaint we raised stating if we want to leave then we can go for it and also he was very rude ... It was a waste of money and a waste of our weekend.

Area was not clean and even rooms were smelling bad. They have provided various option to play snooker, table tennis and have enough space for lawn

1. Location was nice. We had opted for mountain view room which was scenic. The overall room condition was descent according to the price. Yet they need to work on the room amenities like (a/c, tv, bedsheets etc) 2. Property was good, but again the play area where the pool, table tennis and carrom was not in good condition. Need to replace with new 3. Food was just too good. Had order both veg/non-veg and it was simply good! no second thoughts on it.

i have planned my two day trip to some hill station therefore i booked the sunrise resort. I have few complaints which i have mentioned below these things highlighted 1. The room was not good not colored properly it looked old
2. The furniture in the room looks old
3. Washroom flash not working properly
4. The window system was also old and not able to close efficiently 5. The room round of us strong smell of drinks & smoking was coming informed many time to hotel staff. Poor ventilation. 6. Bed sheet pillow cover were busty and not cleaned rest were good

Place is just fine. Rooms are very small as compared to the prices they took. Too much money centric. We asked for extra gravy they told we need to order one more plate. Pool is ok like.

Very excellent stay. Will recommend others to have a pleasant stay at the hill resort. Best time to stay is oct-mar and jul-sep
