Super 8 by Wyndham des Moines

Service was crappy took hours to check in they wouldn’t conference today when our room was nasty and dirty and it took till 1 AM to check in and they charged us $20 for a late check out. I would not recommend this motel at all but if you have to stay somewhere, there are worse things to do, then go to the super eight on Northeast 14th I would recommend going in to any other hotel. You can afford rather than the super eight on Northeast 14th.

I stayed in super 8 on north east 14 street my tv didn’t work I was told to move rooms then asked to wait back in my room and front desk was going to look at the tv and didn’t and kept putting me off to look at my tv in my room and I asked to move rooms and he said I can’t I want a full refund of my money I did not stay in the room or the hotel

After horrible two nights at Kearney Super8, when we saw how damaged and dirty this location was upon arrival, we didn’t even stay the night. Never again!

Dirty and smelly room, TV not working, broken iron board, no cloth hangers, most important is the shower not working and I was not able to take shower.

Hidden $200 deposit for a $44 room. Tried to alter the reservation ******* couldnt and said to call hotel. They got smart ass with me and then told me i had to make a deposit. Deposit is in website but dropped way at bottom and even though it is the only item in the category you have to click to expand to see the one extra item. From the looks of it there shouldnt have been a need to hide it. It had more than enogh space to been seen normally. To boot, when you pay with Klarna the app runs so slow the screen barely lets you make the reservation. If you click on something, say to expand the fees, it doesnt respond. I tried within 15 minutes to have it canceled and even spent an hour contacting *******. Couldn't give them a phone number but gave them an email. Never heard from them I uae this site everytime i go somewhere, and i used my rewards for this. What a crock of crap

The tv remote did not work properly.. the bed was very high off the flooor for me. Over Kł

No towels in room I was given 2 bath towels. The TV screen had a permanent ad on the left side. I ask an employee to fix the issue, he tried and did not know how to. So I ask him to find someone who could. He agreed and no one came back. The shower n drain worked very well. The ice machine was not working so when I looked for help no one was around
