The hotel location isn't great and the building itself isn't inviting, It looks more like a dorm. The reception area is confusing, as dining area, pub counter, billiard table are together next to reception desk. From the entrance you have a feeling this isn't a business hotel, it's more a workers hostel vibe. I'm glad I didn't include breakfast and decided to eat elsewhere. The room was run-down and not very clean. The remote control was so gross, I had to clean it before use it. No kettle or cups/glass included, very bad quality toilet paper. The staff was ok. Wifi worked. And surprisingly is was quiet even though the window was next to the highway. I wouldn’t go back.

Perfect one bedroom apartment. Clean with a big windows, small but comfortable beds. Nice big bathroom and spacious hallway with plenty of clothes space. Kitchen equip with all necessary gadgets to prepare meals. A love the aria to take a walk or go grocery shopping and few restaurants.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights; at our arrival we found that the hotel is not equipped with a parking for its customers that is not payable, which personally never happened, And the price, among other things, is almost the amount we paid for a week of car rental. My room reservation was aimed at choosing a larger bed and what we found was a bed from a half-short, very uncomfortable square. I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. Comfortable-ish, but will not return. This is a rental flat apartment complex near Wilanow. It’s far from the city center, can be done with public transportation (bus stop a few steps away) in ~ 40-60 minutes, or with a taxi in 15-30 minutes. There is a Zabka a few minutes walk away but nothing else nearby. On the plus, the surroundings are quiet. My flat (“premium”) was reasonably sized (not large), had a double bed, wardrobe, nice bath (with washing machine – think only the premium flats have these) and a kitchenette – double hob, sink, small fridge (no freezer…) and a microwave. No oven. Lighting was nice and bright, bit of a lack of natural light (inexplicably small and high window in kitchenette). Set out a bit like a studio flat. Enough storage space, wifi worked fine. The furnishings are mid-level Ikea quality, which is a shame – could be much nicer. Maintenance could be better – door lock was dodgy, curtains did not fully close. The real problem is no soundproofing. There was only a regular door separating my flat and the one next door – could hear their conversations as though they were in my flat. Noise travels easily from the flat above – an insomniac in the flat above decided to move all the furniture around at 11pm every night…. In fairness, the price was low so this does represent fair VFM. However, next time I’ll stick to the city center – with a hotel that has decent soundproofing. If you do go – get an upper-floor room.

When I booked this hotel I thought Best Western keeps its standards everywhere in the world. Apparently, it doesn't. At least the room I had wasn't even close to those in Canada or US. Furniture needs an improvement as well as the shower. There is no enough power plugs in the room, no fridge, the iron or microwave. There is a plastic bed sheet for some reason which is really uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff is very friendly and helpful though.
