Hampton Inn & Suites Watsonville

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Really like the cleanliness and breakfast. In Room #410, please refill the shower gel. It was empty upon taking a shower. I don't know, I felt like the beds were softer last time we were here. I didn't sleep that well this time, but I would still recommend a stay here. Gas station is next door and there is a Starbucks too. Super convenient off freeway.

We’ve stayed here before, and enjoyed the property. This stay, though, I noticed a lot more dirt and stains in the common areas and floors (inside elevators too). It looks like something was sprayed on the floor in our room to clean the carpet, but wasn’t removed/cleaned up and left to stiffen the carpet. The breakfast service was chaotic, needed another person staffing the food area. They kept running out of the omelettes, and only had one waffle station with quite a long wait. Like 30 min to make your waffle. And the timer broke so you had to guess to see if your waffle was done. Overall it needs more staff to keep things clean and running.

We stayed two nights they didn’t not clean our room we didn’t not have clean towels and we asked for water and they said they only have one case for the hole night

It was mine and my husband’s first time staying here the hotel is very nice and clean the room was in lovely and spacious and clean and comfortable perfect for a weekend getaway. We had no complaints we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.

The beds were comfy and the was quiet overall. Weird motion detector lightswitch in the entry lit up the room when we went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and my cell phone reception did not work inside, had to go to the parking lot. Room 219

Very nice hotel for a very good price. Very clean, good amenities including bottled waters complementary.
