very good, will be back again. Rooms are nice and breakfast is good but lift takes forever.

The staff was super friendly. They even packed a small bag of apples and yoghurt for us to take on our trip home.

It was not easy to finde out the hotel because threre are a few same name of restaurant and shopping cetter.
But most of are very good for me.

房間非常大，兩室一廳特別適合家庭出遊，酒店位置也很好，離威海站幾分鐘車程，酒店五層直達九龍城商場，吃飯逛街超級方便，離酒店不遠就是九龍灣公園，走過去十多分鐘吧，孩子挖沙趕海很方便。最值得提的是酒店的服務，真的是太周到了，服務人員都很熱情，尤其是管家任曉靜，任姐提前就加了我微信，問了我的需求，特別感謝的是幫我找到了快遞，還送了孩子小禮物，任姐服務特別好。還有酒店的接送站師傅態度也非常好，接站師傅沒有問姓名，送站是欒守傑隊長，特別感謝！以後有機會來威海還會選擇這裏的！

房間乾淨衞生整潔，服務到位，到達酒店前和客服預約了接站服務。酒店非常周到地派商務車到達火車站來接旅客。司機態度也很熱情友善。温馨幫我們提行李。車站離酒店開車十分鐘就到了。到達酒店大堂後酒店管家小任熱情地把我們的行李送到客房還給我們免費升級了26樓的海景房。還給我們介紹威海的景點和交通出行方式。使我們感受到威海人熱情好客的風範。酒店每天還給住店客人送迎客水果和小食。房間裏設施都很完善而且較新乾淨衞生，環境也不錯晚上睡覺周圍沒有嘈音很安靜。床睡上去也很舒服。床墊軟硬適中。是我住過的酒店中服務最周到和細心的。以後來威海還會住九龍晟大酒店。
