真的體驗非常差，從辦入住在前台問今晚是否還有空房的時候，斬釘截鐵的告訴我沒了，我立馬在攜程上看，問為什麼網上還有，得到的回答又是沒有了，我隨後讓我朋友在網是下單，竟然順利入住，這滿嘴跑火車的，一進房間就看見一個煙頭，馬桶蓋子全是煙灰，房間地面也很臟，電視基本也是個擺設，就沒法使用到了晚上洗澡時，頭頂的花灑不從出水口出水，出水的地方竟然是花灑與水管的接口處出水，水柱四濺真的驚訝到我了，真的沒想到睡覺前還有一個驚喜在等我，體驗真的好差。

我叫前台打掃衞生，下午三點就把就把我被子拆了，這都到了晚上六點半了也沒人給我裝被子，收拾垃圾，這算啥事啊

這個酒店太差勁了。不僅的服務不行，並且酒店很臟很臟，搞得我連洗漱杯都不敢用，房間裏連電話都沒有，問他們要個一次性杯子，用自己的電話撥打前台，一晚上都沒有送來。入住時，詢問停車票需不需要登記，前台表示不用，結果第二天出停車場發現沒有給票，因為我要去前台要票，導致後面車輛大排長龍，耽誤其他人的時間，此生住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。

酒店地理位置很好，辦理入住速度也挺快的，就是酒店衞生有待加強。
還有建議你們的保潔不要在客人沒退房的時候進去打掃。説的兩點退房，考完試打車到酒店距離退房還有一個多小時，直接給我房卡鎖了，而且保潔一直在外面催退房，到點了我們自己會退房的，誰都不想加錢住酒店。前台服務態度挺好的，有問題能及時解決。

從沒住過這麼差的酒店衞生不好都不重要，重要的是有蟲子還不止一衹，十點辦理入住，十一點多給前台打電話要求換房，被告知換不了，蟲子一會會給處理，沒辦法等來的是讓保安過來噴殺蟲劑，味道不想提了……衞生問題看圖吧，滿地污漬，毛巾浴巾都不想碰，定本酒店的房慎重吧，酒店上傳的圖片和實地真的差距太大了

這是我體驗感最差的一次，我訂的房間178。第一次前台給錯房卡進去以後房間裏還有人。第二次換的房間裏面衞生差的很，那地板像是從來沒拖過一樣，馬桶打開還有上個人留下來的尿液。那這錢住的還不如50塊錢的小賓館。

房間排氣扇不工作，異味嚴重，特別是淋浴房臭的要命，處理方法就是噴清洗劑，説找人修，退房都沒見人來，洗手枱下面不知道什麼管子一直在滴水，上次住看見有大陽台這次才選擇北歐的沒想到……，儘快改善吧！
