很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯！很好的酒店，入住時還送了-瓶礦泉水，房間空間大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，前台服務非常好，

酒店描述有窗，實際房間沒有窗是封閉的，裏面濃烈的煙味，之前提醒過不要售假然後給換了有窗的房間但是空調不熱，熱水花灑也是花裏胡哨不好用，再次定直接給開無窗的封閉房，看到房間後就出來退結果扣一伴房費，

本次入住體驗極差。首先，酒店在的位置是鬧市區，周圍吃東西和交通很方便。但是乘坐當地的出租車一定要打表。因為很短的距離。司機就亂收費。另外一下是我真實入住的差評體驗。1，酒店的空調是壞的。特別是酒店的房間，還沒有走廊涼快。2，服務員給開的第一個房間，廁所的噴頭上面有人多狗毛，根本沒有清理乾淨。記住不是一兩根。是很多。3，整個房間衹有兩個插座。第一個在房間洗手枱旁邊是用吹風機的。第二個在床頭旁邊，可以用充手機。但是酒店的熱水壺放在枱子上是沒有插座。4，酒店的房門隔音真的很差，早上5:00就被走廊裏其他客人走路的聲音吵醒了。5，酒店的廁所地面很滑，所以不能穿一次性拖鞋，但是！酒店自己提供的拖鞋，上面很臟，而且一股腳臭味。根本沒有人清洗。噁心。

房間寬大，乾淨衞生，床鋪舒服，服務態度很好。家庭朋友出遊不錯的選擇，樓下就是大商場，周邊美食也方便，以後有機會還會再來。

上樓後發現房間門是開着的，房間內桌角有垃圾，地毯超級臟，電梯口的垃圾桶煙頭到處都是，樓道也是臟的一塌糊塗，洗手間的熱水折騰半天最高45度，洗澡冷了一批！實屬是最不愉快的一次入住
