The Ctrip local tour package I signed up for included one night in a five-star hotel. I chose the Overseas Chinese Hotel. Because I had a Ctrip Platinum Card, I got a free upgrade to the executive room. I also chose this hotel for the next two days and booked a king-size bed room, which was also upgraded. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and have a good service attitude. Except that it is not a new hotel, everything else is fine. The main reason is the strategic location. It is a ten-minute walk from Wuma Street and the Jingguang Temple is right next to the hotel. I will choose this hotel next time.

The hotel has a contemporary charm with its tasteful, modern furnishings. The daily cleaning service is notably efficient, and they provide bottles water for daily use. While the majority of the staff are warm and accommodating, there was one instance of a staff member displaying reluctance in preparing coffee, attempting to levy a charge under the false pretense that it wasn't part of the service. A minor improvement could be made regarding our request for a non-smoking room and floor. Despite this, a faint smell of smoke lingered, likely due to guests smoking in the hallway. When I notified the front desk, they assured us they would address the issue with the smoking guests, although enforcement seemed challenging, perhaps a common concern in China. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another stay.

前台小姐姐在吃泡麵，還要一個人值班。工作很熱情，有耐心👍2023年7月14再補充一下吧第二次入住，前台姐姐這次吃的是蒜苔炒臘肉🤤還是那麼熱情，辦入住的效率也很高。①地理位置很好，門口有免費劃線停車位，雪山公寓公交站也在旁邊。700米就是九山公園和妙果寺，還有古玩城。所在的雪山路，也是匯聚大江南北各路的美食，非常方便。②房間整潔乾淨，床上用品都是新換的，床墊也很舒服，整個空間也夠大，裝修簡潔乾淨，別的房型我不知道，但這個單人房真的非常適合我這種商旅人士。③性價比非常高，對比周邊相同檔次的賓館，這個價格非常實在👍，以後在溫州來就是住宿的首選。如果把開水壺再清理乾淨一點就更好，嗯，這次給個五星。祝各位朋友旅途愉快，希望能給到你們一些幫助和參考，也望各位朋友在入住酒店的時候，盡量保持房間衛生，特別是床品和毛巾。
