If I can rate this hotel a zero I would. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the suite I reserved a month an ago because they were all booked, they just messed up on their end and didn’t want to say it. During check-in they gave me the wrong room and said I would need to pay extra to upgrade for a room I already booked and payed for. They changed my room and put me back in the same studio. It was a major inconvenience for me and my party, I asked to speak to the supervisor that was present sitting literally behind the desk but they were supposedly in a meeting at 10:00pm and notified me that the supervisor was going to contact me, no effort was made by the supervisor which was pretty disappointing. Overall the customer service was pretty dissatisfying.
