Absolutely stunning property - lush and beautifully maintained. It felt very private and secluded but yet was just steps away from great restaurants, shops and nightlife. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, the beds super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I thought the customer service was great through the booking, and they were very attentive getting back to me about everything. The room itself was I would say a five out of 10. It was clean, but the room itself seemed old. They have small connecting lagoons in between all the hotel buildings and when you enter them they are super super super slippery and I fell. Luckily I didn’t hurt myself but if anyone else had done it, they probably would’ve been hurt pretty badly. Definitely need warning signs. Other than that I like the hotel but the food was not good in the restaurant.

Very nice hotel. However, King size bed were actually two twin which was very uncomfortable. The quilts were two twin size quilts instead of king which was also uncomfortable. Also, the water was boiling hot in the shower and sink.

Pretty location but rooms beds lots of renovating. Bathroom has a bad smell. ( like sewer gas) needs proper ventilation.
Air conditioning not easily adjustable. Loud music late at night. Service very slow at restaurant. Very inconvenient to walk over to lobby out if way to replace beach towels. Resort should at least provide guests with water bottles every morning They only give 3 small bottles first day.

Service is too slow even for island time... rooms are bit too dark and it's loud till 12.

The manager was not so welcoming we arrived 2 days late due to the weather i had informed them of this issue. The check in told you nothing all they were interested in was taking 200 dollars deposit which will take 20 working days to get back. I thought this was a bit of a scam to earn money.
The air con was dripping water in one room and was not mended until the following morning the manager apparently knew about this but did not realise it had not been fixed, very poor not concentrating on the right things. No apology

I’ll start with all of the positives, it is a beautiful and safe resort. I enjoyed the saltwater pools, there were various dining options, and you have access to excursions on the property. Guest services was very polite and helpful. However, the customer service that we received from the receptionists was not pleasant. The rooms were not cleaned on a proper schedule and they do not change bed sheets unless you make multiple requests. I went to the resort with perfectly clear skin and left with bumps on my face and body. We woke up to ants in the bathroom then requested a room change. They allowed us to switch rooms and the manager accommodated my friend and I with one drink voucher… Overall, I had a great trip outside of the living conditions. The resort is beautiful but I can’t say that I would recommend it or stay there again.

I stayed here while on vacation for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. Amy and Sabina were absolutely amazing. I will definitely return.
