The customer service was amazing. However, the later you wait to take a shower the less warm the water temperature will be. The hotel is nice but not sound proof so you will hear everything outside upstairs and all around you. Not a place to go if you want peace and quiet until after 1am.
Overall, nice. Located in an excellent location to Queen Emma bridge. Room was clean and very comfortable. I slept a lot because of the bed. My two negatives water temperature and noise. But ok hotel.

After a long day of travel was able to sit at the Rooftop Bar and enjoy some drinks, talk with the owner, and a few of the staff. Great place!

It's a delightful addition to Willemstad hotel options. Casada, the rooftop bar, offers great water and sunset views. The room was well-appointed. The bed is soft, as fyi. You're in the heart of Punda and can walk to lots of restaurants and local events, including Punda Nights, which happens every Thursday. If you're looking for a city hotel with a vibrant energy, this is your hotel!

Loved to stay here! Staff is so friendly, the rooms were extremely clean and the rooftop view is incredible. I would stay at this place many other times if I could! I’ll come back for sure.

Excellent experience at this hotel. Room was very clean and we were well looked after during our stay. The complex is still under construction but there is little noise or inconvenience for guests. Once it is finished (hopefully during 2024) this will be wonderful with at least four restaurants/bars and supporting shops. The hotel rooms are on two floors and we had one with a balcony which afforded a great view of the sea and fireworks (Thursday nights). Their rooftop bar/restaurant (Cascada) was a lovely vibe for the evenings. Their rooftop infinity pool is open to hotel guests every afternoon. Sweet Sin on the ground floor offered lovely breakfasts (and lunches and dinners!). Great location in the Punda, close to the Curacao sign and the rest of the Punda nightlife. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this property. When we arrived, it took me about 45 minutes to go through the checkin process. Instead of giving you a key, which I asked for they would rather escort you. But with one person working at the desk they would rather check each person in as they come. The room and hallway smelled like moth balls which was then scented on my clothing in the suitcase. When I mentioned this, we were told management was made aware when minutes prior we were told management didn’t arrive. The staff were nice but not helpful one bit.

We just returned from the Elements Hotel and our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff and owner were amazing. Very patient, listened (＜-- very important when visiting from out of country), and took care of us well. When we thought we had an issue, management was immediately on it and took care of it. As a visitor from the US, the convenience of being able to communicate via text with the front desk while we were out and about, was too cool. From the moment we booked, the communication and assistance was top tier. Thanks Elements and staff for making our stay one we will remember for quite a while.

Good property and centrally located in a safe zone. Still in final stages of construction and so some noise. However, in few weeks should be completely done.
