It was such a seamless experience for a short-term feeling home like stay. Val is such a gentle lady and really care for you as a special family member. You can find a home-made small piece of chocolate on your bed, enjoy the warmth of a cozy outdoor hot tub. See the photo. Feel like home is what they are trying hard every day to make you that footprint in every details that you will see in this rental property. I named it a value-for-every-penny experience that was hardly to hard from anywhere in the world, but a place to feel like home managed by 2 generous & warm-hearted women. I don’t want to write too much because probably I could not book them next time. LOL

The hotel is very close to the airport, just a few minutes drive, the health is very good, the staff are very polite, the breakfast is not much, but the taste is very good, and it is different every day, the room is very big, there is a kitchen dishwasher, do it yourself The meal is very convenient, the hotel also has free parking and a self-service laundry room and a free gym. There is a big supermarket not far from the hotel, really recommended, very cost-effective hotel

We stayed one night on a cross country driving trip. We didn’t experience all of the facilities but the room was great, very comfortable and had a great sleep. The front desk staff were so pleasant. We had a very minor issue with the room which was looked at immediately and fixed. The manager offered us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience which was such a nice surprise and then had 2 follow up calls from front desk checking up on us. There was a big winter storm and we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant instead of venturing out again. I almost gave this review 4 stars because the dinner was disappointing and expensive. The main courses were a bit tasteless and had to be sent back to be reheated. But I knew it might be hit and miss before we went in so I decided to stick with my original 5 stars for the great hotel staff and a great sleep.

Fantastic hotel. Clean, modern. Stayed with family of 4. Pool is small but clean. Kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was very good, bacon and eggs, muffins, cereal. Nice location close to outlet mall (crossing the busy street if walking is not ideal). We would stay here again if we are looking to spend most of our time in the outlet mall area.

The hotel is great and the environment is very good. In the free parking lot, one light bulb is broken, but it does not affect. Bath soap also has massage effect, which is very comfortable

Prior to Covid-19 I used to stay a this hotel many times. My latest visit in June 2022 was a huge disappointment. The parking area at the hotel was greatly reduced. The exterior of the hotel was dirty! I was given a room on the second floor and the widows were so dirty you could not see clearly out of them. On check in there were two security guards on duty, one was asleep at the computer desk. People and children were running and slamming doors past 2 am. Security did nothing!. I stayed 2 nights after night one the room was not vacuumed and toiletries were not replaced. I was charged $149 per night for a regular room. On night number 2 I arrived back at the hotel there were piles of garbage across from the elevator, the garbage was still there the next morning plus garbage in the hallways. The smell was bad. Once again 2 security guards on duty, this time one was asleep in the breakfast area! There were no vending machines but the staff were happy to to sell a small bottle of warm water for $3.00. When I expressed my concerns at check out, the desk clerk blamed the flood evacuees for most of the hotel issues, which in my opinion was a poor excuse. The hotel is starting to look run down. The accommodations and customer service was not what I am.used to at the Country Inn and Suites in Winnipeg.
