住的14棟4樓，樓層低一點海都看不到，陽台正對着一大片爛尾樓，看着挺嚇人的，烏漆黑一片，不過去海邊很近，去棧橋也是最近的一棟樓。我們可能是入住的第一批客人吧？所以房間很新。消防栓和床頭插座孔的包裝紙都還沒有撕，電視放了幾年沒開過，壞了，廚房的插座沒有電。

公寓樓，入住率不高。入住體驗，我個人感覺還是不錯，有地下車庫，自駕可以免費出入景區兩次。小區離海邊很近，看日出很棒！有陽台、廚房、大廳。最大的缺點是衞生間太小。總體來説，還是會再次入住，也會推薦朋友去的。

海景公寓很乾凈整潔，床品舒適，陽枱面對大海，海浪聲不絕於耳，早上看日出太方便了，前台接待小姑娘也負責👍，就是周圍環境還有待改進，服務跟不上，吃了兩天的肯德基。
