The facilities are too poor, the switch panel affects the use, and the service is also average. The room booked by Ctrip is clearly marked as not to pay a deposit, and it is mandatory to pay the deposit!

房間面積小到我進門以為自己到了HK的酒店，拜託，這不是北方酒店該有的配置。我還第一天首選➕了錢選擇升級房間，結果給了一個小小麻雀房間。還特意問了一下前台，升級房間有沒有大一點的房間，結果被告知大一點的都是標間，當時也沒多想很相信。結果第二天一早特意看了一下隔壁幾個退房（前台告知是標間的房），大而且都是大床，不是標間。瞬間感覺被騙了哈。更搞笑的是你説它是酒店吧，房間連電話都沒有，大言不慚的告訴客人都是拿自己手機給我們前台打電話熱線的。。。
早餐時間過了5分鐘，沒吃不評價。
這個酒店唯一好評的是客房服務大姐，詢問洗衣服務的時候，主動説幫我手洗T恤。所以，唯一一顆星星⭐是給大姐的。

房間乾淨衞生，位置好，停車位充足，服務態度好，高峯期間出遊也很快辦理入住退房。早餐很有特色，有奶茶。烏海是很神奇的小城市，下次可能還會來。

商旅途中入住一晚，體驗感極差！！ 1、建議門廳改進，大廳前台小妹都凍感冒了； 2、出樓層電梯廳，左右看皆無房間號牌指示，拉着行李箱繞完多半圈才找到房間； 3、服務員反饋當天停過水，但酒店未主動安排人員對每個房間進行排放廢水，入住後打開水龍頭全是混濁銹水，排放好長一段時間，頓時感覺不爽； 4、奇葩的事：地處北方的大酒店，居然無地暖，進屋開空調，制熱效果又不好、升温很慢，核心關鍵是噪音非常大，一晚休息不好； 5、最最核心的是，熱水不熱，從晚上8點等到11：30都僅僅是温水，無法洗澡，最後無奈温水洗腳睡覺； 6、衞生間地磚無防滑紋也未配防滑墊，差點滑倒； 7、裝修的比較新，風格也還好，還算可以慰籍下旅途大眾。

我們住在十三樓，早上七點起來，整個酒店停電停水，更可笑的是電梯也沒有電，任何應急措施都沒有，可怕的是前台電話打不通，後面告知我是沒有電的原因造成的，需要幫助我們找誰？我們自己提着行李從13樓到1樓的找前台，沒有任何一個人對此事進行解釋，一直拖時間説找經理解決，出門在外時間就很寶貴，這個事情就不了了之，情況就這樣。照片是我們準備離開的時候，還在修理發電機。好的方面：酒店比較富麗堂皇，算當地比較高檔的了，房間設備也比較科技化
