酒店交通方便。衞生還可以。設施就很差了。房內沒有電話，詢問要到樓下詢問。
1.這個房間上邊就是電機，噪聲非常大，一晚上都睡不着，還靠着城鐵 城鐵過來過去噪聲非常大，影響休息。
2.酒店衞生間坐便距門太近了，不舒服。
3.洗洗澡間的水龍頭沒法固定，靠牆太近，洗澡不方便。
4.屋內氣味太大，影響休息.
5.不知道誰給這個賓館打份打的這樣高.
6.老闆也給換個房間，從7樓換到6樓，但是噪音還是一樣大.

旁邊就是施工大樓，房間在電梯旁邊，過道盡頭是麻將房，24小時有人打麻將，反正就是停吵的，古城也不算個景區，挺小，周邊設施也不齊全，電梯通風不行，異味很重無法呼吸，其他和普通酒店沒什麼區別

環境差的，房間裏就一個燈，下水道不通，白天地鐵吵，晚上大車吵，就停車放的停車位都沒弄的就飯菜油漬，前天素質不好，感覺自己就是為人民服務似的一樣

衞生不乾淨浴室非常臟，酒店隔音很差晚上特別吵，衞生也不乾淨酒店房間燈光很昏暗，一點不亮，整體佈局很難受，另外收按金説會WX原路退回結果最後退的現金，説沒辦法退微信，也是很無語。非常不推薦這家酒店，大家避雷

位置超好，交通也特方便，就在古城邊上，吃完更方便。門口就是公交車站合輕軌站，也非常安靜，窗户就可以看見古鎮。

家裡來親戚本來要預訂雲酒店的，因為就住在商業街，但我朋友有次住他家丟了東西在房間，打電話到前台態度不好還説沒有，沒辦法，朋友很確定就丟在房間了，真無語。。。瀚海老闆看我們帶個長者，特地給我們免費升級了安靜的房間，還送了飲料，很給面子，價格比雲酒店便宜，房間面積比雲酒店大多了，很乾凈，就在古城西門，走兩步就到古城了，晚上帶親戚去古城逛逛吃吃，親戚很滿意。
