Grand Kingtown Hotel Wuxi

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The room was spotless and well-arranged, and the bed was just the right firmness for a great night's sleep. All the toiletries were provided, and both the hot water and Wi-Fi were excellent. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all very welcoming and quick to respond to any requests. For this price, the experience was incredible value for money. Five-star recommendation!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. It's just a ten-minute walk to Lihu Lake, and parking is a breeze. There are tons of restaurants nearby too. The staff are all incredibly friendly and professional; a special shout-out to Xiao Zhang at the front desk for being so thoughtful and attentive. Our room was very quiet and offered partial views of Lihu Lake. The decor is a sophisticated 'senior grey' – elegant yet not at all dull. The room itself is genuinely spacious. This truly is the best value-for-money five-star hotel by Lihu Lake.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself was grand and elegant. Service was just okay. The bed in the double room was a bit small. The robot delivering food was a cute touch though! The location was pretty good, and the hotel exterior looked impressive.

The hotel is conveniently located just 500 meters from the entrance to Bogong Island, making it super easy to get to Yuantouzhu! It's a five-star hotel with breakfast included, and the bedding is so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep! I would definitely recommend it to friends!

Pretty good! It's very close to the attractions, and you can walk to where the shuttle bus picks up. Though, with kids, it's a bit of a trek – the electric scooters on the side of the road are definitely faster! 😂 The service was also excellent; they even helped deliver our late-night snacks to the room. Thumbs up! 👍

Stayed for two nights across three rooms. Overall, it was decent. The set menu recommended by the restaurant on the second floor wasn't quite filling enough for me. The WeChat service manager was excellent, almost like a friend I never met in person, and showed great care for the guests.

This time I stayed at the Ruiding Hotel. It's located within a park by Lake Lihu in Wuxi. However, since it's at a road intersection, the room was a bit noisy with a lot of traffic. But the service and the room itself were good 😌. Butler Fanfan provided excellent service, tracking everything from contacting us before arrival to book tickets, arranging the room before check-in, and sending thoughtful greetings during our stay. The whole service was very meticulous. Wuxi's cherry blossoms 🌸 are beautiful, but there were so many people. The weather in late March was perfect for a trip. I'll probably choose this place again for future cherry blossom viewing. Recommended!
