設施：設施齊全，使用方便
衞生：房間和衞生間都很乾凈，滿意
環境：給前台小姐姐提出安排個安靜的房間，非常感謝。過道和房間沒什麼異味，住宿很舒適。
服務：前台小姐姐老好看，服務態度非常好，還特意問了有沒有開車來，棒棒噠。
酒店的位置很好，靠近地鐵站，出行方便。對面是個綜合體，吃飯也很方便。裏步行街不遠，下次來還得住這！

酒店服務整體還挺不錯的，本來一家人出來玩，路上受涼了，剛到我就開始發熱，酒店特別貼心的提供了體温計，點贊。出酒店步行300米就是無錫博物院，周圍有商場，商場旁邊就是地鐵站，吃飯的地方非常多，對於旅行的人非常友好，沒有中午閉餐時間。離南長街和清明橋大運河也很近。

首先地段很好，出門就是一號地鐵清名橋站 周邊商業區，茂業，無錫博物館，南長街清名橋步行街網紅打卡地很方便，其次房間很大，衞生間也很大，還給免費升級了標間，服務態度很好，感覺後面來無錫的話柏宜酒店還是第一選擇，總體來説很舒適的一次享受

地理位置還可以，廁所馬桶圈有幾處黑點，吹風機是壞的，備用吹風機也是纏了膠帶的。隔音很差很差，旁邊有人進出關門以及樓上腳步聲都聽得清清楚楚。

酒店位置很好，距離一號線地鐵衹有三四百米的距離，對面就是茂業天地商場，吃喝玩樂應有盡有，房間算是比較大的了，關鍵是很乾凈，佈局温馨合理，服務員都很禮貌親切，有送小孩子的洗漱用品和拖鞋，考慮的比較細心了，環境和設施都很好，整體五星

多少年來第一次給差評，衹要過得去我基本都包容，但這次太讓我失望了，先説車位小的衹能停10來輛車，開車的千萬別去商家不在介紹中告知，我們晚上7點到的告知沒法停車要自己找車位，衹能導航到一個商場停車場，一家人提着行李帶着孩子再走到酒店，第二天果斷退房取車花了40多元；再説房間，我不是個挑剔的人，但是這酒店太讓我失望了，床單被套都是潮濕的，房間裏還有蚊子騷擾根本沒法休息，前台沒什麼服務反映問題衹會冷冷的回答“嗯”。第一次去無錫，不知道哪裡來的那麼多好評，我是踩坑了，後面的朋友當心。

房間的設施設備看上去有過翻新，但是內在工程太陳舊了。那天無錫白天7度，晚上衹有2度，吃完晚飯回到房間想要洗澡了，發現淋雨花灑出來的水僅有一點點的温熱，一開台盆的水龍頭放出的水很熱。打電話給前台，趕快穿上衣服，一個師傅上來一看，就説給你們換個房間，師傅態度很好，還幫忙我們搬東西，搬去的了更大一些的房間，然後我們趕快洗澡吧，這下淋雨花灑放出來的水温度較高，屬於那種趕快沖一下，立馬要站出來在水沖不到的地方冷卻一下，不然一直衝著，感覺自己要燙熟了，想想算了，稍微沖沖洗洗，講究一下，真心懶得不想再換房了，將就一晚。
