Bad review, the shower room is full of mold and smell, the ventilation is very poor, the toilet smells like urine, the air conditioner is noisy, the room type is very poor and slim, and the floor of the room is not clean. The parking attendant is not very competent and hides in the small house and never comes out. The cleaning lady is very polite.

When I saw that the temperature was already 27 degrees Celsius, I called the front desk and asked the front desk how to cool down your air conditioner. Why did it get hotter the more you turned it on? She told me that we should add air conditioning. Neither cooling nor heating works. Regardless of whether you turn on cooling or heating, it is ventilation or something, and it gets hotter with the air. If you don't turn on the air conditioner, it doesn't get that hot. When I walked to the elevator, someone told me that the elevator couldn’t be used without a card. I said I had a room, and she told me how many rooms there were. Do I like staying in your elevator? Very speechless. In summary, there is no experience at all, and the price I set is not cheap. It is the worst place I have ever stayed in.

住了這麼多次全季，算是目前為止體驗最差的一次，主要原因在於房間竟然不能自己設定暖氣。 尤其是四月初的無錫的夜間天氣衹有10度出頭，加上自己來旅遊也沒有多帶厚衣服，每每回房間的時候都感覺清冷。 考慮過問問前台能不能調整暖風，但看到了温馨提示上已經寫明“中央空調將統一運行單一模式”，便失去了諮詢溝通的慾望。 另外一個小問題在於，洗澡的冷熱指示標識不明，關閉出水的位置和貼紙提示的位置不符，需要向熱水方向再擰一點才能完全關水。 真的很難相信這個價位的酒店會以這種邏輯設定統一運行的單一模式，難道不應該是氣温恆定的夏冬統一運行冷暖風，氣温多變的春秋讓客人自己調整嗎？ 感覺到自己的感冒因此加重了。 有些許氣憤，感冒了人也不舒服，表述邏輯可能不佳，見諒。 不可能會再來這家店了，甚至對於全季這個品牌都留下了些許差印象。
