🚗 交通：非常方便 距離市區和幾個景點非常近

🍃環境：民宿在一個別墅區裏 非常的安靜 環境很好
🔔服務：細緻周到
我們是四人同行 還帶着兩衹大狗狗 民宿兩間房間 有個獨立的小院子 非常適合朋友或者一家人出行 民宿也非常漂亮 附近還有很多外賣可以點 小區對面也有早餐店 超級方便 可惜就是去玩的第一天手機就落水壞了沒拍什麼照片 如果下次有機會再來武夷山還會選擇這裏

兩房一廳一陽台的套房，住着非常舒服，面積夠大，四個人足夠活動開，廚衞衞生也好，看得出來都非常新，這次的住宿很滿意，已經約好下次有來度假還定這裏。

建發地產的山外山別墅項目。各方面都不錯，管家還幫着升級到了泳池別墅。應該是因為房地產項目改返租酒店，有幾點問題：
1、房間細節和庭院、露台的衞生不理想。
2、居住改酒店，比較多應該配置的裝置缺失或不合理，如衞生間沒有一個掛鈎、浴巾架、廁紙架等。
3、泳池別墅有一個房間要通過室外進入，而且沒有衞浴配置，泳池的水放了兩天都放不滿，晚上的燈光嚴重不足。
4、位置在武夷山來説稍偏，要預留多一點交通時間。
