我們因行程改變，將原來預訂了三晚的住宿改為了兩晚，酒店挺痛快地就為我們辦理了手續，退款也迅速到賬。酒店訂單裏含早餐，內容也挺豐富。缺點是餐廳位置標註不明顯，導致找到餐廳不容易。而且這家維也納酒店沒有自助洗衣房，有些不方便。另外設施有些老舊，淋浴的花灑都固定不住，個子高的人洗澡都得縮着。

房間衞生真的不錯，很細節，房間送了免費礦泉水，熱水很舒服，出水很快，前台免費送了早餐免費升級的房間，主要是離景點很近，走路15分鐘就到大唐不夜城了，太棒了離地鐵站也很近，走路5分鐘2號線想去哪就去哪，前台工作人員熱情專業！早餐品種也很多，很豐富！

這家酒店讓我驚喜不斷!房間裝修精美，設施先進，而且服務態度極佳。非常適合商務出差和旅遊觀光。位置優越交通便利出行方便一進門就感受到賓至如歸的温馨。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，非常舒適，強烈推薦!!!!!!整體來説很不錯，房間也很千凈，前台工作人員的態度也都很好，有需要也會及時滿足，早餐很豐富很棒，前台免費送水，還有百寶箱！

這家酒店太讚了，樓下步行五分鐘就是地鐵站，晚上去大唐不夜城也非常方便，走路大概步行15分鐘，一個高德地圖走遍西安不困難嘿嘿。本來打算去吃樓下的麪，前台小姐姐告訴我們別去吃，味道不太正宗，哈哈哈哈，還好提前問了一嘴，前台服務態度非常好，房間裏需要什麼微信告知，馬上就秒回了，工作細緻耐心，太棒了。我愛西安，下次還會下來的！

很少住維也納，同事選了這個地，距離第二天的培訓中心比較近，房間很多，跟迷宮一樣，選的房號不錯，3088。整體還可以，就是有一股黴味，我打開門窗散了半天。第二天還送了早餐，餐區不大，但食物種類也還行。

離大唐不夜城挺進的 吃飯也方便 早餐也不錯 樓下有超市飯店 可以逛街 地鐵站也就在附近 不遠 走幾百米就到了 就在電視塔旁邊
