服務態度差到幾點？一進來看見門後面有一雙臭襪子就叫阿姨來打掃衞生，順便讓阿姨🤘換一下床單感覺不算乾淨，然後那個阿姨就説你沒看到我這麼忙嗎？我換了這麼多，怎麼會不給你換，態度極其惡劣，然後床上有手機直接放在桌上很大聲，態度極其惡劣，交客服來解決也是單純的説對不起也不解決問題，那個阿姨🤘還一直在那裡説，我們一直説難道我們來旅遊的就是來受氣的嗎？那旅遊不就是為了開心嗎？大家旅遊都是為了開心來玩的結果一直在説那個阿姨🤘説你投訴了，大不了不幹了，這不是投不投訴的問題，是你這邊態度的問題，他説那不是給你換了嗎？你還想怎樣？那你全程換床單的時候一直在嘰裏呱啦的在説我們全程也就衹有客服過來講了幾句不好意思，難道就這樣子嗎？就這樣子解決了嗎？這就是你們的服務態度嗎？衞生間還一股尿味讓他清洗一下，就是不耐煩，然後一直在**來來，我真的服了

前台小姐姐們都很可愛很有活力，推薦給我們附近他們喜歡吃的小吃，去嘗試了覺得很棒，客房打掃阿姨很友善，也超棒👍
PS不是很明白這個燈盪在床頭前…起床都會不小心“叩”到一下🤣

環境：環境的話，周圍好吃的，好玩的地方比較多
服務：我給五星的原因，主要是服務非常好，前台小姐姐看我還要好像還要出去玩，主動提起可以寄存行李，非常感謝

在沙坡尾，附近有公交站點，建議坐公交過去，附近有餐飲美食，藝術街區，步行街，有洗衣房，自動窗簾，電動馬桶，送了2瓶水，吹風機，電熱水壺

挺好的，離雙子塔和廈大都很近，走路就能到，旁邊就是沙坡尾的小吃街，推薦裏面的舒芙蕾和海蠣煎，小魚的那個也不錯，很贊～👍
