酒店位於盱眙縣城中心繁華地段，地理位置優越，周邊服務配套設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔舒適，免費停車場，前台服務熱情，唯一美中不足就是假期入住人多，早餐有點跟不上，一直來不及補給。

前台工作人員人超級好，多送了早餐，非常感謝。
還給推薦了幾家龍蝦店，就在酒店旁邊，非常方便。春節期間可以以超級划算的價格，訂到這樣不錯的房間真的非常的贊。房間很整潔，設施很新，下次來盱眙還住這～

很不滿的幾點原因：
1.房間419實際窗口與效果圖不一致，放眼望去六面皆牆，衹在角落有窗，開房前前台未告知此情況（未拍照，可實地確認）
2.更換房間後，洗漱完睡前關燈，發現多個主照明燈無法關閉，關總開關，拔取電卡均無法關閉，無奈最後找到配電箱拉閘關燈，同時空調也斷電了，關燈與取暖衹能選其一，走廊房間號背光持續閃爍，疑似房間電路異常
3.所有溝通前台無一句抱歉表示，反覆解釋説小窗和無法關閉主燈對於有些房間就是這樣的
4.床頭桌及房卡套上寫明可以通過桌面二維碼進行投訴，掃碼後，二維碼報錯無法訪問，投訴渠道不能正常使用
2022年酒店裝修，僅1年多就出現明顯異常的電路問題，不確定是否有其他安全隱患，建議酒店對房間進行電路及消防排查，給房客安全，正常的入住環境

房間安排的非常不合理，明明有空餘的房間，卻安排在餐廳對面的房間，從6:00開始就有各種碗盤和工作人員吵鬧的聲音，打過幾次電話都無果，也沒有協調換一個房間，讓客人休息期間，隔壁房間的客人又發生爭吵，發生巨大的噪音，投訴後仍有巨大的聲音。

服務挺不錯的，中秋節送了月餅水果和早餐，有個缺點：隔音比較差，窗户外的聲音影響休息。另外馬桶雖然是智能的，但是聲音也確實大，夜裡起夜都會吵醒的
