This hotel is fabulous. We have stayed 10 nights. All staff are very friendly and helpful. My youngest daughter absolutely loved the kids club, full of fun activities for them. Diler was super friendly and affectionate towards my daughter, shes had a blast and definitely would like to come back. Play park is big and everything is clean. The food is good, selection of choices to suit everyone and the staff are amazing in the restaurant and will wait on u daily. Our rooms were big, clean and beds were comfortable, housekeeping would come if u needed anything and rooms got cleaned daily. Water slides are such good fun for everyone and also have smaller slides for younger children. My family loved this hotel and would come back.

We stayed a week in this all inclusive resort in Bodrum. We were truly amazed with the quality of ground keeping, the friendly staff, the clean rooms, and the outstanding food. The food was served inside but the outside grill was serving delicious grilled meat for lunch and dinner. The beach had ample umbrellas and chaises, the sand was not rocky. Being an older resort the beach covered a huge area. The plants and flowers were well organized. This is an older resort, and previously we had stayed in five, six star resorts in Bodrum, but the guest quality and service was much better here. The parking was convenient. Yalikavak marina was five minutes drive for after dinner ice creams, etc

Golden Age konaklama konusunda ***et konforlu bir otel. Eksikleri yok değil eksikleri var fakat personel güler yüzüyle ve özverili çalışmasıyla bu eksikleri tolere edebiliyor. Güzel karşılamaları ve ilgileri için ön büro müdürü Şahan Bey, misafir ilişkilerinden Tuğba Hanıma teşekkür ederim. Resepsiyon ekibi çok profesyonel Orçun, Alican,Seyit,Berk,Ahsen hepsi çok iyiydi. Rezervasyon şefi Hayriye Hanım'a bu sezon yoğunluğunda dahi hızlı, aktif ve iş bitirici şekilde çalıştığı için kendisine teşekkürü borç bilirim:). Lobby barda Canan Hanım ve Eda Hanıma samimiyetleri için teşekkür ederim. Otel konum olarak çok güzel denizi temiz yemek konusunda da iyi fakat yoğunluk çok fazla restoranda. Otelin en iyi yani her yerde gezen kediler ve kopekler otel personelleri hayvanlara sahip çıkıyor. Bu güzel davranis dikkatimizi çekti ve tatilimizi guzellestirdi.Herkese teşekkür ederim.

Denizi çocuklar için ideal, lobby çalışanları ve müşteri ilişkileri ne yazık ki çok yetersiz. 4 gece, 5 gün konakladık. Hotel odaları bakımsız, eşyalar kırık dökük, banyolar kirli, özellikle duşlarda yosun ve küf var. Temizliğe gelen kızcağız dünya tatlısı, havlularımızı değiştirmek için her gün not düştü fakat 3 gün boyunca saat 6’da lobbyi arayıp havlu istemek zorunda kaldım çünkü odamızda havlu yoktu. En son lobbyi 6 kere aradığımda cevap bile vermediler aşağı inip havlu için resmen yalvardım. Lobby ve müşteri ilişkileri resmen dalga geçtiler, 2 yaşındaki çocuğum da deniz sonrası banyoda havlu bekliyordu. Telafi için a la carte restaurant da yemek hediye ettiler fakat ne yazık ki ondan sonra da midemiz rahatsızlandı. Genel olarak geldiğimizden beri düzgün yemek yiyemedik, çeşit çok az olduğundan anda hazırlanan yiyeceklere yığılma oluyordu, bundan dolayı yaklaşık yarım saat 1 pide için beklemek zorunda kalıp arkasından tabak bulmakta zorlandık. Ve yine midemiz rahatsızlandı. (Havuza hiç girmedik) Plaj, bar, restaurant çalışanları çok nazik ve yardımcıydı. Onlara ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. Oda için 2 anahtar vermiyorlar, odada bırakıp inerseniz öbürkü iptal oluyor bilginize.

We had a rewarding trip to bodrum. Everything was nice considering the reasonable price you're paying ofcourse! The workers were sooo kind. The management was also very helpful and caring towards us. l definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a rich experience with a very reasonable price since other hotels can get expensive.

1 haftalık tatilimiz sonucunda ciddi bir hırsızlık yaşadık. Otel sorumluları veya yetkili kişiler tarafından hiçbir dönüş olmadı. Kesinlikle güvenilmez bir yer. Tatil için en son seçeneğiz olmalı. Verilen kapı kartı bozuktu 2 gün de 2 defa yemek saatinde, verilen kasa 2 gün boyunca kullanamadik. Sonuç paramız çalındı.

A very good hotel with extremely nice staff. We stayed at the beginning of July 2023. The food was delicious, there was always something from the grill bar: turkey, chicken or fish. Alcohol was good, there were no such classic coctails as Pina Colada or Aperol, but there was wine, beer, vodka and gin. The best coctails were made by Hakan and Emin. The room cleaning service was very nice, thanks Zozon for your perfect cleaning. The beach is 1 minute away from the hotel and is ok. The only minus for us was lack of evening animations, as there was practically no music after dinner at all. Only two times a week there was a Turkish disco, that was a fun, but the rest of the evenings it was really boring. In a whole we enjoyed staying at Golden Age hotel.
