Very helpful management staff in the lobby, which communicated well in English. Transportation and where to go. He even drove us to the station upon departure.

サービスは本当に悪いです。 レンタル品は古くて壊れやすいです。 そのため、2人の友人が負傷し、病院ですぐに治療する必要があります。 病院まで行った友達は夕食の時間までに戻ってくることができませんでした。 それで、スタッフに友人のために食べ物を残すように頼みます。 それがダメみたい。 で、食べ物を部屋に持っていくのもダメだった。 最低すぎー 二度とこのホテルを使いません。
