此次旅行我們很滿意，首先我們是自駕過去的，酒店有2個停車場，一個在酒店門口這個停車位比較少還有一個在酒店對面的一個大院裏裏，比較乾淨，唯一不足的就是需要過馬路，但也有有斑馬線，前邊有紅綠燈可控制。所以不是什麼大問題，酒店環境不錯，有一排書架，魚缸，洗衣房（店家很細心，配備了，洗衣機清洗劑，洗衣液，香皂…）還有免費觀看的博物館式的展廳。在我看來，這也屬於一個景點，前台還配備各種茶水，和免費的大棗。房間設施齊全一進門衞生間是乾濕分離的。洗澡水温度較適。房間也是很乾凈的，礦泉水喝完還可以在給，還有配備一次性馬桶墊，房間的一次性物品堪比五星級酒店的，晚上我們正常開車到二道街，前台小姐姐説不建議開車過去，太堵了，而且停車不方便，打車也就是7元走路不到半小時，早餐種類比較多，雞蛋牛奶，麪包，水果，熱菜，涼菜，特色菜…連吃帶拿有點不好意思，拖鞋穿着很舒服，前台説走的時候給拿兩雙車上穿，此次入住我很是滿意，給酒店點贊，給前台和客房點贊👍下次見

這是一家很有愛的酒店，從點評上看到他家服務一流，衞生乾淨，抱着試一試的態度給家人訂了一間，入住後家人千叮嚀萬囑咐告訴我一定幫他們點評一下，説感受到了聖鑫酒店的熱情，他們很滿意，分為以下幾點
其一:衹注意了價格沒注意無窗，爸媽到酒店前台小姐姐告知定的户型為無窗，爸媽説前台看到他們年紀較大免費升級了有窗户的房間，並且告知出來旅遊睡眠得好，真心感動到了
其二:幫我們做了旅遊攻略，（美食，特產，景點）告知先去那個景點後去那個景點，説延安單行道比較多，按着這攻略遊玩，不會把時間耽擱在路上，也去了二道街，吃了美食，酒店距離美食街走路過去應該就是半小時左右。寶塔山10分鐘就過去了，買了延安小米和延安大棗
其三，入住時前台小姑娘幫我們把行李送到房間，我們退房客房服務員把行李又幫我們送到門口👍
房間電視空調不會調，客房服務員過來幫我們調整好，而且我遇到的每位員工都是會主動問好，以上是我感動到的點，再説説酒店壞境，酒店大廳很大，老闆很用心在經營，有免費的冷熱飲可以喝。咖啡，奶茶，果汁，還有6種花茶，可以免費喝，還有延安狗頭大棗免費吃，並且使用茶具都不收費。還有就是有個很大的展廳，展廳裏都是七八十年代的東西。老闆用心了
