The so-called manager came to deal with it, but he didn't admit that the air conditioner had a smell, and said it was a takeaway smell. I said I didn't order takeaway, and the manager immediately blamed it and said it should be ordered by the previous guest. . . Anyway, it's not their fault, so they blamed it! They changed my room at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and there was no apology, and no one came to help. I had to move the luggage by myself. . . Then, there was nothing else!
