I was very disappointed the swimming pool was drained and no prior noticed. I booked this hotel to go swimming and hence very disappointed with no options or information as I couldn’t swim. The bathtub stopper was not working and water continuously drained so I couldn’t have a bath. The one door for either shower or toilet was just weird. Either you shower with door closed or toilet with door closed but not both. 😳 The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was average.

The hotel is in really nice location, close to West street, like 2 minutes away. I liked to room and design of it. Breakfast was tasty, even have western breakfast meals. Everything was clean and perfect. Stuff speaks English and always welcomed us ❤️ Here are some pictures of the vies from our room abs what you can see not far from the hotel. Really nice place, can’t wait to come back again!

You can rent an electric scooter 🛵 at the reception for 50 yuan per day with a 200 yuan deposit which you will get back if you bring it back in the same condition. Ambiance/Facilities - This is a very fancy looking hotel. From the lobby to the bedroom. I was very impressed. They have a wonderful pool and kiddie pool 🏊🏽‍♀️, gym, laundry .etc. Highlights - Definitely the pool 🏊🏽‍♀️ The breakfast was good but mostly Chinese cuisine with a little Western sprinkled in.

Amazing price-quality ratio. Clean room, simple but tasty breakfast, lovely tea and fruit every afternoon, nice views from the rooftop, caring staff who speaks a bit of English. Really quiet at night too. Such a steal. We downgraded our room about 15 days from our arrival because the bad weather report and we regretted that decision (if you do get a better room, request one not near the elevator. It’s a see through elevator facing a couple of the bathtub rooms). It’s a short drive to Gongnong bridge, a short drive from bus station, a short drive from the cruise pier. Didi is dirt cheap, and you can get a Didi in less than 3 minutes even in the small towns along the Yulong River. Loved staying here, would come back.

I’m traveling with my family and booked a Family Room. The room is great and clean. If I need more amenities, they give it to me immediately. The hotel location is great. If I go out, there’s a lot of food outside near hotel. The staff are friendly and nice, they try to communicate with me using translator because I cannot speak Chinese. Huge respect, especially to Shuilin & Shuiying sister in front desk, they were a huge help. The hotel view is great, I can see the Lijiang River, the view is amazing!! Also free laundry service, we can wash and dry our clothes, they even have the detergent and softener. They also have infused water at the lobby which is nice because the weather was very hot. And they have free ice cream too!

This hotel is located in an excellent location sitting right next to the river. The scenery is stunning from the balcony. Although the hotel is located on the opposite site of the river from the town (West Street), you can get a boat across the river from 8am until 5pm costing 2 Yuan per person. Very easy and convenient. The staff are also lovely and very helpful. They helped us and gave us lots of useful information. The rooms are nice. The bathroom was more spacious than the bedroom strangely, but still the bedroom wasn't tiny. Definitely worth staying here for a few nights if you like balcony views and nice scenery.

The room on the top floor is simply beautiful!!!! We had great fun. Huge room, amazing views at any time of the day. There are trestle beds on the upper track. At the reception they were very helpful with all requests, for which I thank you very much. And what breakfasts!!!! Special thanks to the man who prepared the food especially for us. We really liked everything. The hotel is located on the other side of the river, in November the boat runs only until 7 o'clock, so we went around on foot. Beautiful place!
