전객실이 오션부에 테라스를 가지고 있어 전망은 최고인것 같습니다. 건물 및 가구는 많이 노후와 되어있으나 침구 상태나 청소상태는 최상의 상태를 유지하고 있습니다. 오래된 숙박시설들은 오션뷰라도 창문에 더러운 경우가 많지만, 베니키아 양양은 창문은 물론 창틀 틈새먼지까지 깨끗히 청소되어 있어 다소 놀랄 정도였습니다. 가격대비 훌륭한 장점을 가지고 있는 숙소 인것 같습니다.

우선 친절한 프론트에 대해서는 정말 만족하며, 위치 또한 정암해수욕장 바로 앞이라서 해당 부분도 적절하다.
다만, 아무래도 노후화된 시설과 아쉬운 온도 조절, 그리고 무엇보다도... 2층에서의 소음이 조금 아쉽기는 하다..
그래도 서비스 적인 측면은 좋다! 가족 단위에서 급하게 숙소를 예약할 경우에는 환상적일 될 것 같다.

청결상태도 별로였고
소파도 다 헤지고
룸상태도 예전 할머니집에 있는 집기들같고
방도 너무 어둡고..다시는 이용하고 싶지 않네요

호텔 프론트에서 반갑게 맞이해주셔서 좋았고, 객실에 세면도구가 없어서 순간 당황했습니다.

호텔 앛 도로를 건너면 멋진 바닷가 모래사장이 평쳐져 있습니다
