Customer service was excellent! They are very helpful and cheerful. The location was perfect for places we wanted to visit- such as the beach, bar streetand ease to find food. ☺️

房間有點小，但是設施齊全！正好挨着走廊盡頭，有曬衣服的地方，這點非常滿意！服務人員還給免費寄存行李，態度非常好，號上電梯故障，服務人員還給台行李，謝謝哦！

房間雖然小一點，但是衞生和房間佈局細節做的特別好。服務也很好。尤其想對圖一黑衣服的前台美女服務員表示感謝。孩子的防曬帽鬆緊帶開線了，退房的時候抱着試試看的心情問前台有沒有針線包。美女馬上幫忙聯繫師傅，特意從四樓送下來。前台美女不止是作為工作人員的服務質量一流，更是一種發自內心的善良。對煙台人的好感倍增。特別感謝美女的幫忙，不然昨天大太陽肯定得曬中暑。

服務還是很不錯的 本來十二點退房 和前台溝通之後到一點半退房的 但是 衞生可能有點不太達標 睡完之後身上起了很多紅疹 最近也沒吃特別的東西 也沒去其他場所

酒店位置太好了，到煙台地標煙台山步行幾分鐘路程，離第一海水浴場也很近，這裏觀賞日落太漂亮了，出門右轉就是南大街，酒店門口就是蓬萊閣旅遊大巴發車點，來煙台旅遊這個位置是不二的選擇！酒店房間乾淨整潔，前台服務周到熱情，來煙台住潮漫不虛此行！

酒店離煙台山、第一浴場很近，就是濱海在施工，沿海都設了圍擋。附近吃飯的地方挺多的，藍白早餐也很近，沒在酒店吃早餐，早餐不知道啥樣子。酒店應該是個老樓，房間隔音非常好，晚上基本聽不到噪音，這點就很好了，同時老樓就不要指望硬件很新了。性價比總的來説很高了。
