挑選了很久的房子最終入住，講真，交通還算方便，有可租的電動車，離海邊走路7-8分鐘。房東可以提供較為優惠的門票，聯繫問題時回覆比較快速。衹是房間入住體驗一般般吧，床品有異味，被褥簡陋，牀板很硬，睡一晚腰痠背痛。隔音效果特別差，樓下打個噴嚏咳嗽一聲都聽得真切。衞生情況一般，地上和洗臉盆有頭髮看着噁心沒有拍照片。毛巾粗糙得很，雖無異味但也應該是用了很久洗了好多次那種。沒有洗衣粉洗衣液，回覆需要自己去買。晾衣架有幾個是壞的，床鋪底下有很多灰塵。店家可以以普通民宿不能提供優質服務為由推脱，但近400一天的價位也不低了。多年途家老用户，各種價位民宿都住過，但這次的入住體驗，以這個價格而已的確很一般。衹是兩天行程已定無法更改，期待改進設施服務。沒有入住照片，發幾張蓬萊景色吧。講真實的話，希望不被打擾。

離海邊特近，晚上有夜市，美女房東告訴去哪個市場買海鮮便宜，照顧周到，很熱情。離八仙閣景點步行十幾分鍾就到，到海邊五六分鐘就到。房間乾淨，設施齊全，自己煮了幾次海鮮，老媽很高興。吃了蓬萊小麪，3塊一份，味道超好。

周圍商圈、海邊、景區很方便，安全係數高，夜市都很近。老闆人很好，還可以從買到便宜的景區門票，房間十分乾淨，鍋碗瓢盆都有，我們帶的孩子，早晨給孩子煮個雞蛋特方便，滿意的民宿。

我們第一站去了蓬萊閣（免門票）逛逛，漫步在油畫般的風景和建築，定格屬於我們一家的浪漫瞬間。第二站戚繼光故里（免門票）。第二天我們去海水浴場，漫步在細軟的沙灘上，聆聽着海浪🌊拍打的聲音，迎風吹來微鹹的海風，好舒服，孩子玩的開心😃

💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]價格很香，房間位置置在蓬萊繁華的地方，但是房間卻很安靜。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説] 樓下商場、超市、景區都很方便，有個小滿八寶粥，還有個粥立方，早餐不錯。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]鍋碗瓢盆都很齊全，熱水器，空調，冰箱，防火設施都有。
景區：從房間到蓬萊閣步行15分鐘左右，到海邊步行5分鐘，到八仙過海景區20分鐘左右，三仙山景區也是20分鐘左右。早晨去蓬萊閣看了日出，蓬萊閣新年的第一褸陽光如約而至，你好，2022！很愉快的一次入住體驗！

不管地理位置還是房間裝修都很治癒，房間既安靜又乾淨，房東親情感足足的。位置距離景區滿意，對面是夜市，夜幕悄悄降臨，褪去了白日的浮躁，我們的夜生活也開始了，都説人間煙火氣，最撫凡人心，感覺好久沒在夏夜的晚風中擼烤串、喝啤酒了，逛吃完我們直接溜達到了海邊，海風涼涼，舒服。
