很寬敞，窗户可以看到海景，環境也安靜，樓下有飯店什麼的。走一會兒就到海邊天馬棧橋了，人不多，很美。

地理位置不錯，小區環境也挺好的，房東也很熱情，提前告知當地政策，第二有核酸檢測，樓下也有吃飯的地方，自駕來的也有免費停車場。
