This is the normal practice of hotels and international airlines. But less than 3 hours after check-in, the check-in situation has undergone a fundamental change. Natalia invites me to repay the accommodation fee that I have already paid, not at the price in the application, but at the hotel price of 15,000 rubles. For this question, what does this have to do with..., the answer is shocking-”You have to check in within a week, so either pay or leave.” The question arises: Why do you want to fill me and sign me in it? Если можно было поставить 0 звёзд- поставила бы. Все фиеричные отзывы точно куплены!!! Не верьте им!!! 3 дня треша почти за 21000 р - это сильно!! Рассказываю, чем отличилась данная гостиница: 1) В номере грязь!! (Пыль над кроватью на всех кирпичах, думаю год не протирали их) 2) в шкафу висит халат, в котором кто-то до меня ходил и он не стиран!!! Это просто треш конечно!!! Такого даже придорожный отель себе не позволяет 🤢🤢 подушки тоже воняют все потом, химчистку они точно не видели ни разу в жизни своей 3) настроить воду это квест целый!! 4) слышимость в номере такая, что слышно проходящих людей, входящие звонки на телефон и домофон!! Покой вам только сниться будет (по крайней на 2м этаже, рядом с ресепшеном). С 00-30 до 06-30 уснуть мне так и не удалось, т.к компашка пьяная ходила туда-сюда с3го на 1 этаж (видимо покурить), а потом в домофон все знатно звонили, а у администратора не хватило ума что-то с этим сделать (например угомонить или дверь например закрыть, чтобы всю эти братву было меньше слышно). Зато потом очень крепко спала этот же администратор, которая 1.5 часа отсутствовала на месте и не могла трубку снять и дверь домофона открыть заезжающим людям , с 05-00 до 06-30 примерно(видимо устала сильно). 5) после бронирования отеля начали звонить мошенники и просить внести оплату за проживание за 1 день. Администрация признали взлом базы, но уж очень это похоже на слив данных персональных!!! С этим мы милиции не мешало разобраться, схема то не хитрая совсем)) После ругани конечно мне дали новый номер (т.к ещё ночь не спать я была не готова) , но подушки такие же вонючие, как в прошлом номере, но хоть халат чистый))) Кроме местоположения данной гостиницы- нет плюсов никаких. Больше ни ногой сюда.

Hello! Stopped for 2 nights with the child in the standard room. It was nice to enjoy the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the clothes and towels, snowy. Beds are very comfortable, mattresses are solid new, sleep comfortable. The hotel has all the rooms on the 1st floor, our windows went out to the yard of the multi-apartment house, but it was quiet and quiet. Heating didn't work fully and we were immediately offered to use the heater, which made the room temperature comfortable. The windows are black curtains, which allows you to sleep. Hotel liked. A convenient room with view to the Reservoir (taken half-luxe). polite staff (we arrived after midnight!). Bed with a chic mattress. Hairdress, slippers... A delicious coffee in the bar. Everything was at the height.

We checked in here for three nights as part of our trans siberian train trip. This hotel is centrally located with a huge shopping centre just behind. All main tourist attractions are close by on a tourist trail marked on the pavement. We loved being able to amble around at our own pace. Our room no 16 was at the rear of the hotel and was spacious, clean and quiet. It had a circular dining table for four with menus for ordering in food from nearby restaurants. Free coffee and pastries are available from the cafe downstairs next door. Wifi is good and there are english language channels on the tv. Laundry can be done here for a reasonable price 500 roubles per bag. Staff here are friendly and there are lollies on the counter for a sweet hit. Big bonus is the free transfer to the railway station on departure which is a good 20 minute trip. Breakfast again was just o.k. There is not enough seating for everyone to have breakfast at once. Best to go early for fresh hot food. Looking back breakfast was not great at any of the hotels we stayed at. This is a popular place for travellers to stay when doing the trans siberian and we would stay there again if ever in town.
