Location, room comfort, hotel condition
I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

服務是挺好的，幫我們換了江景房間。但硬件設施較老舊，地毯縫縫補補，窗户鎖不上，等小問題。大堂有衹孤單的鸚鵡多多，但給它的水好像總是不太夠，每次看都是空的，食盆裏也有許些排泄物，望貴酒店能好好照顧它。

去宜賓出差一天，定酒店之前特意打電話問了酒店泳池營業時間，結果入住以後告訴我在換水？停業一天，如果沒有泳池，我肯定要換其他酒店了，就是為了游泳才定的這個酒店。關鍵是，一個道歉都沒有！完全打亂我的計劃，差評0分。

是看了攜程才選擇這個酒店，住過之後大失所望，強烈不推薦：
1. 空調有發黴的味道;
2. 朝向江的一邊窗户風景不錯，但是隔音非常差，晚上睡覺車的聲音非常清楚，無語;
3. 衞生間門竟然設計成透光板，我的房間朝向江面，關燈後房間還有外面的光線，純屬無腦設計；
4. 早餐尚可，但是工作人員服務很差；第一是服務態度生硬，關鍵第二點是上波客人的餐墊竟然不更換，問他們為什麼不更換，答覆是從來都是這個樣！從來都是這個樣！真服了；
5. 房間有明顯的裝修的味道，刺激鼻子
6. 納悶那麼多好評怎麼來的；

酒店説是五星，但入住感覺應該達不到。首先，酒店大廳、過道香水味道太濃，且過道還有地毯的味道混在一起，特別難受。房間一進入就是一股似煙和地毯味道混着的氣味，特別難受。其次，大床房臨江和道路，我住12樓一點不隔音，關窗後汽車聲、船聲等噪音還能傳到房間。入住贈送了兩份點心劵，但去用時説是衹有一份點心了，不僅沒得選還沒有什麼別的補償方式，服務員還説本來就是免費的沒有就是沒有了，愛理不理的樣，服務更不可能達到五星的要求。唯一感覺還好的就是早餐還比較豐盛。雙床房的衞生間比較大（我們是訂了一個大床房和一個雙床房）。
