Smart voice is not smart at all. Of course, if you want to be able to understand things like toothbrushes and toothpaste, you can understand more complex things like sticky notes. I couldn't understand the network problems and couldn't solve important problems. I couldn't get on the Internet. Guests couldn't connect through their last name and room number (I don't know if it has anything to do with changing rooms). They couldn't even connect through the mobile phone verification code (it took ten years to get three mobile phone numbers). Several times) In the end, I could only try countless times to get through manually and learned that I had to connect through a series of English letters (codes) given. I would like to ask the hotel: Is it more efficient to directly set a WiFi password and put it on the desk? In short, every day you stay in this hotel, you have to be prepared to waste time on these details at any time. If you just sleep here, don’t eat here, and don’t surf the Internet, you don’t need to make manual calls. The service attitude of the hotel staff is still very good. The scenery outside the window is also good. The decoration of the hotel is also good. It depends on what you need! Hey, in the final analysis, it was very easy to choose the most expensive and best hotel, but the result was still very disappointing.

The hotel's service awareness is poor. I have a lot of luggage with a baby. I called the customer service staff and asked for a stroller. They agreed. However, I waited in the room for more than ten minutes before the luggage cart came. Because I was in a hurry, I had to hold the baby and my husband alone. I was carrying my luggage downstairs. I thought that other tenants had occupied the car and therefore it was not delivered. As a result, the car and the waiter who went downstairs were standing below. I was instantly upset. There was a recent event in Yibin and a lot of people were waiting to serve "important customers" in the hotel. "I also spent money to stay in the hotel. I didn't feel the comfortable service at all. I felt like I was being treated differently. I will not consider HUALUXE Hotel again next time I come to Yibin.

The hotel is very new. It only opened in July. It should be the most luxurious hotel in Yibin. The service of the hotel is very good, from check in to check out in the front hall. Especially the hotel also provides butler service. When I checked in, Miss Liu Rui, the front desk supervisor, served as my service butler. Since I was in Yibin for the first time, I was not familiar with Yibin. I had to catch an early flight the next day, so I didn't have time to eat breakfast, so I arranged the food and beverage department to prepare a take-away breakfast for me. 房間景觀很不錯，酒店裝修也較為大氣 check in態度很好，還贈送了雙早。房間景觀也不錯。入住的管家Celinna 的服務態度非常好，很貼心，問題反饋處理也很及時，酒店基礎設施不錯，因為時間原因沒有來得及去看一下泳池或健身房。小缺點是衞生間的頂噴水量有點小，門口見到過三位禮賓，有一位很不錯，另兩位服務意識有點弱

聽推薦説是宜賓最好的酒店，來住住確實性價比很高，訂的江景房，果然是無敵江景，白天和晚上都很美。房間也很大，有獨立的衣帽間和小朋友最愛的浴缸，酒店更是貼心贈送了一次性泡澡袋和歡迎水果。 床和枕頭以及浴袍都超級舒服，晚上休息得很好。 酒店外有電車充電站，江邊的公園也特別美，旁邊好像就是翠屏山。 辦理入住時的服務員妹妹主動推薦了酒店附近的本地美食，試過以後確實不錯！ 客服部Celinna也主動溝通，反應迅速，讓人有賓至如歸的感受。 特別表揚當天禮賓部的小夥子，主動熱心幫助小朋友處理外賣問題，耐心和態度都特別棒！ 下次來宜賓還住這裏~
