有電話訂餐
去餐廳用餐得到的回覆竟然是我沒訂位
我電話可是有錄音功能的
櫃檯主管表示他盡力協調給我位置
我去的時間是17：30還有不少空位
如果是19：30可是滿員御理
服務人員的素質參差不齊

房務人員來不及整理房間導致4：30 都無法入住，櫃檯員工經驗不足，以至於旅客Check in等待時間較久， 早餐選擇性不多,晚間現場小提琴演奏很棒！

優點:
1.房間wifi ping值算穩定,速度也還不錯
2.房間電視可以看youtube
3.房間的床有電熱
4.小冰箱會冰
5.窗簾遮光效果好
缺點:
1.房間好多飛蛾跟蟋蟀,睡著時會跳到床上,恐怖唷
2.木地板應該是商用空間的塑膠地板木紋造型,掉漆就算了,還變成波浪狀,可能有打蠟整個超滑,踩起來一直有異音
3.床很硬
4.熱水壺煮到第三次水才不是黃的
5.廁所水龍頭容易漏水

入住家庭六人房，乾淨，木頭味道。
老飯店了，上一次入住已是15年前，房間設施維護的不錯，二次的感覺差不多。

餐點部分，餐廳晚餐很好吃，需要另外付費，套餐較划算，早餐很普通。
環境很優美應該不需要特別說明，有附贈明池入場券，建議寒流來不要住小木屋，超冰！雖然有電熱毯，水也很熱，但沒暖氣還是超冰，是個難忘的體驗

設施雖然偏舊，但服務人員很熱心，房內沒有冷氣但山上溫度低不至於太熱，睡到一半有些小飛蟲出現
冰箱有前人留下的食物沒有清理，客房清潔需加強

此次入住小木屋，在森林中，涼爽又有樹木香。
簡直是到了歐洲的森林。超級開心。
有落地窗親近大自然，還有熱水浴缸可以泡，屋子乾淨又溫馨，我非常喜歡喔！
唯一缺點就是餐食太簡陋，可以豐富精緻些，價格可以反應成本OK的。
