Hygiene is very good, taking children and the elderly, hygiene first! 為銀川馬拉松而來銀川，入住便捷，服務周到、服務態度很好，地理位置佳，方便出行，夜間很安靜，衞生設施完善，入住後有一種回家的感覺，確實滿意，給老闆贊個贊！

生活特便捷，周邊百米範圍多個蔬果超市，公交出行也很方便，休閑散步路邊林木花草繁盛。房東人特別好，有求必應，滿足所有提出的要求，住在這裏，真正有一種家的感覺。

房間很大，設施齊全，冰箱和洗衣機都有。 地理位置也還方便。衹是房間沒配礦泉水。床品和浴巾不是常規白色的酒店款。

位置很好，到寧夏博物館等現代景點，步行可到。到鼓樓、覽山公園，門口百米公交方便可到，包括黃沙古渡。公寓百米距離內有兩個很熱鬧的飲食街。。公寓房間很大，接待服務熱心、簡便。

房間整潔，設施齊全，老闆熱情，五一期間性價比很高的房間，同樣類型的酒店要比這貴一倍。入住和退房都很方便。

家庭公寓，感覺挺好的，就是屋子味道有點點大，別的都很好。

塞上雅居的冠名名副其實。炎炎酷暑，躲到塞上江南避暑，計劃停留時間較長，所以需要有一處能滿足日常生活的居所。有居客評價不錯，也就試着訂了這家民宿。管理者非常貼心，提前聯繫，詢問需求，告知公寓位置。公寓設施齊全，環境整潔，日常生活用品配置到位，非常適合居家過日子。周邊公交方便，餐飲，超市齊全。住下來，客至如歸。
