Shangling Boston Hotel

I have reported the problem to the front desk, but there is no feedback. The arranged room is next to the distribution box. It is not obvious during the day. At night, I can hear buzzing in the closet next to the bed. I went back late at night. We wanted to have a good rest, but there was a buzz all night. The children were tired from playing and fell asleep soundly. My husband and I didn't have the nerve to ask the front desk to change rooms. I reported the problem during the day. I said that a hotel that has been open for 10 years assigned the problematic room to the guest. The front desk also told me that we did not know about this problem in the first place and we did not go up. They also said that the room was out of service and would be repaired immediately. I admire it. This kind of righteousness is none of my business what you tell me about your repairs. I don’t even want to talk about the poor hygiene of the bathtub. I just didn’t take some photos to prove it. This is how Yinchuan five-star hotels provide service. I feel angry just thinking about it!

This hotel is the worst of all the star-rated hotels we have ever stayed in. There is a swimming pool and fitness facilities when you book. When you go to use the fitness facilities, there are a lot of questions and you just find excuses not to let you in. Not to mention the swimming pool on the second floor, it is not open to you at all. The front desk of the hotel pretends not to know clearly. It is really disgusting. The room facilities are old and the hygiene is poor. Not to mention the breakfast, which is said to be a buffet, but the supply exceeds the demand at all. All the waiting, especially ramen, haggis, chaos, fried dumplings, etc., you will not be able to eat without waiting for 15 minutes. And if you renew your house, the original price will be increased for you. It's really disgusting to look like you can't live in it anymore...

One of the worst hotel services. While I was taking a shower, another guest opened the door and came in using their room card! When I asked the hotel, there was no reply. I repeatedly questioned my check-in time, and I don’t know how the hotel manages it! What a waste!

Because I am a Ctrip diamond member, the hotel upgraded me to an executive suite for free, what else can I say? My fingers couldn't help but press the 5-star praise. Just say a few points: 1. The hotel's parking lot is underground. Be careful to turn right in time and don't park on the ground. The above-ground parking lot is not owned by the hotel and is charged. 2. There is a big projector in the bedroom of the suite, and you can also use your mobile phone to cast the screen, which is super cool. 3. The hotel gym and swimming pool are open to the public, so there are no bath towels and toiletries. If you want to swim, remember to bring them from the room. 4. The breakfast is good. There are freshly cooked ramen. Although the taste is not as good as the ones outside, it is not bad. It is quite delicious.

酒店地理位置優越，去哪裡都比較方便，空調風速十足非常快。床的軟硬程度適中，個人睡起來比較舒服有4個枕頭在床上，可以用來墊腳和墊腰，整體睡眠質量非常的不錯，而且他們的枕頭感覺有助眠效果。房間備有茶包很方便，礦泉水也會持續提供，酒店熱水很穩定，花酒出水快，隔音效果也不錯。前廳的前台服務人員態度非常的好，會比較貼心的跟我們介紹周邊的旅遊景點以及路線的指引。

這次出來選了銀川的老牌大五星酒店，想着可能會有點舊，但是沒想到完全不用擔心，酒店各種設施衞生都很好，環境也特別好！酒店服務也很到位，很好的入住體驗！超出期待，算銀川這邊數一數二的好酒店了，下次過來還會光臨

1.酒店都不對前台人員進行培訓嗎？全程都不正眼看人，言語生硬，表情冷漠，跟欠她錢一樣的。2.衞生真的不敢恭維，外觀看着挺大氣，內部設施老舊。3.服務的三分是給客房服務人員的，一位進來查看我反應的浴缸衞生問題，很客氣並妥善處理了，還有一位是因房間冷沒有熱空調進來送被子的，也很禮貌專業
