A very unique hotel, the owner at the reception does not follow covid regulations, accepts that the o formation on the booking was wrong and tells if i dont want i should leave as he is the owner. On the way out literally tells me to f. myself... and super dirty facilities.

Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Would have preferred to speak to a real person for check in rather than it be automated. Needs a bar or drinks facilities.

Rooms were comfortable and clean but very basic. Trip advisor states breakfast is free which is not the case. Check in was all automated which meant no one was available to ask about breakfast or anything else. There is no where at the hotel to get drinks or snacks outside breakfast hours. Good hotel to stop at if you literally need somewhere just to rest and aren't bothered about amenities or facilities.

Ich habe drei Tage im Hotel Häfner verbracht, da ich meine Frau in der Mikina gegenüber besucht habe. Dort angekommen habe ich ein kostenfreies Upgrade in ein großes Doppelzimmer bekommen, obwohl ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht habe. Das Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich und Frühstück war super 👍 Kleiner Tip von mir: Gäste sollten sich aufgrund vieler alten Bilder, die hier online sind, nicht täuschen lassen!

Hôtel simple mais confortable et très calme. Check in très facile grâce au système de code pour la chambre. Chambre confort spacieuse, salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle et propre. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Seul regret : la télévision qui n’affiche que des chaînes allemandes.

Wir haben ein Hotel mit Wellness Angebot gesucht, doch bei der Ankunft wurde uns nichts dergleichen gezeigt, erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde uns der neue, recht schöne Wellnessbereich gezeigt. Benützungsdauer von 15:00- 18:00h und das in einem Wellnesshotel! Das Essen war gut gekocht aber sehr Preiswerte Rohstoffe verwendet ( Zunge, Fischklösschen, Wildschweinnacken, dazu eher sehr kleien Portionen. Schade das nicht Saisonale Produkte verwendet wurden( z.B Spargeln, etc.) Zum Schluss wurde uns noch ein Zuschlag für teuer Lebensmittel pro Tag und Person verrechnet! Eine Frechheit! Ich bin gespannt auf welcher Grundlage dies Zugrundel liegt. Das Pesonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer eher klein, schmale Betten. Die Betten waren aber bequem. Schade für die Zeit die wir dort verbracht haben. Die Gegen ist sehr schön und hat viel Natur zu bieten.

Wir hatten einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt gebucht mit einem Gutschein im Standard Doppelzimmer. Die Buchung und der CheckIN verlief reibungslos. Morgens haben wir eine SMS mit dem Pincode erhalten und konnten so auch spät abends erst im Hotel ankommen. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes die Therme Thermarium besucht, das Körperwelten Museum in Heidelberg , das Heidelberger Schloss und einer Shoppingtour. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und konnten direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Auch die Lamas und Alpakas direkt am Hotel war ein super Hingucker 👍 Noch zu erwähnen ist die Homepage des Hotels mit tollen Ideen für Ausflüge. Rundum hat uns der Aufenthalt super gefallen und kommen sicherlich wieder.
