私人開的小客棧，環境很糟糕，沒有電梯，停車場很擁擠，有個收廢品的倉庫
衞生間沒有馬桶，衹有蹲坑，同行的長者不便如廁

不建議覺輕的朋友入住！！！我們選擇這家一方面是因為它的名字叫酒店，覺得相比一般的民宿規範一點；另一方面看差評比較少，覺得比較放心。但是實際上就是一個家庭民宿，裏面的設施比較簡陋和陳舊。雖然老闆的服務態度挺好，很熱心，但是不建議覺輕的朋友入住！一方面離飛機場比較近，有飛機飛過的聲音，另一方面每個房間有自己的空調，我們廁所窗户一伸手就能摸到隔壁的空調機，隔壁開了一晚上空調，空調開着時的聲音就象窗户邊有一部發動着的大汽車一直震動着吵着，去交涉也無果，所以我們房間就一晚上都有空調的振動聲及響聲，一夜無眠。。。

剛開始以為是寫的酒店，我認為是一個大的酒店的結果不是，給我的感受是80年代的旅社，給我安排的是五樓，這家還沒有電梯，讓我失望透頂，一進入房間廁所味刺鼻，人踩在地板還有聲音隔音也不好。衞生間是三角形的角落，是最古老的蹲便直反胃想吐。衞生間的鏡子在門後。這是我有史以來最差的體驗，差評

房間設施不太好，衞生間門關不上，衣物掛鈎也沒有。瓶裝水也不提供。一問説上撥客人弄壞了。雖然離天門山索道很近，提不上觀景房。衹住一晚體驗感太差。

房間熱水空調都非常ok！ 地理位置也很好 出門走兩步就是索道站 周邊也有很多特色小吃，以為晚上會很吵 睡不好覺 其實特別安靜 對我這樣輕睡眠的 真的是太友好了！老闆娘也非常熱情 我們自由行 幫我們制定路線 安排酒店 購買門票 還有一些避坑 等等.. 這次來張家界遊玩 真的是出門遇貴人！
