The hotel is in nice location and you can find fast food and other restaurants easily. It’s near to the bus station and cable station for mountain 🏔️ only thing is the scammers for everything they charge extra money.

酒店的位置非常便利，周圍有許多餐廳和購物中心，出行也很方便。
進入酒店大堂，給人的感覺非常舒適和温馨。前台工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住和退房手續高效快捷。
房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，衞生間乾淨整潔。房間內的設施一應俱全，而且品質不錯。
酒店的餐飲非常出色，早餐品種豐富，口味也很好。餐廳的服務人員態度親切，讓人在用餐過程中感到格外舒適。
此外，酒店的健身房和游泳池等設施也很不錯，讓人在旅途中也能保持鍛鍊的習慣。
總的來説，這家酒店的服務、設施和餐飲都讓人滿意，是一家值得推薦的好酒店。

深切體驗到了張家界旅遊亂象，首先出高速就有人追着你騙你，還有穿保安衣服攔截你的。
首先，酒店廁所乾濕分離，設施什麼還行，衞生的話看着還行，但住宿整體體驗較差，到處是坑。
這個酒店離索道公司還算近，但我們進酒店以後，有個工作人員帶我們看房，以為是酒店工作人員，就問了問關於那些圍追堵截遊客的人是什麼套路，然後她説要幫我們免費介紹，才發現是跟酒店有合作的旅行社工作人員，姐姐是很友善，但算下來告我們要70遊兩天，包吃住。我們覺得太便宜肯定有問題就沒報，吃飯碰到了老鄉，那個大姐告訴我們千萬別報，是那種拉你去購物，狠宰你那種，不買東西不發車還要被兇，據説有翡翠店。
其次，剛看完房再回去就有人往你房間放小卡片，也不知道怎麼時間卡的這麼好
還有，去天門山旅遊，在酒店前台買的雨衣，結果早晨那個前台工作人員給我們拿的小童雨衣，根本穿不了，今天被雨澆的很兇，在景區又買的雨衣。回來經理態度很好地來解決問題，“説為什麼我們剛買完不拆開包裝看看呢”。我是覺得很搞笑，也沒讓他們退雨衣錢，衹是説他們拿錯雨衣這個工作做的太離譜，快氣**了，然後第一反應不是説自省自己工作不到位拿小童雨衣給客人，先質問客人為什麼不拆開自己檢查。就此提醒大家，在他家買雨衣，晴天的時候就要拆開看好。
綜合來説，覺得張家界天門山那裡旅遊治安有點混亂，酒店貌似跟旅行社有合作，出來玩千萬衹記住自己買全票，別的不要信

酒店沒有接送服務，跟trip.com寫的不符合，電話也是空號，酒店大堂有旅遊服務公司，跟張家界市其他的公司一樣，只管著想賺你多少錢，開價較貴，要砍價。酒店設施跟照片一樣，但樓層地下有不少**卡片，似乎這裏有那些服務，但大堂同時寫著嚴禁黃賭毒
