Xiao Wang in the hotel was very helpful to meet us at the airport when we arrived late at night. He also got a private English speaking guide, Lily for us for the next 2 days. We really enjoyed out time at Zhangjiajie.

Nice hotel that got everything we needed. at the beginning it was a bit hard to find the hotel.

This was a three star hotel at best. We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. We stayed at this hotel for three nights, but they constantly tried to check our health codes at the front door. It was rude and unprofessional. The doors for each room are thick and provide good sound insulation, but they make a lot of noise in the hall when they slam shut. There were roosters outside that crowed early in the mornings. As early as 4:30 am! It really disrupted our sleep. It was ridiculous. The beds were not comfortable, they were very hard. I understand though that some people may prefer a stiff mattress. The breakfast was okay and there was a good variety. The hotel was clean. The cleaning staff were very professional and did a great job making up our rooms. The location was good, about a 17 minute walk to the Wulingyuan gate entrance. There are restaurants just outside the hotel, it is a convenient location. In summary, I think this is an average hotel but cannot recommend it.

There are also many varieties of breakfast. In short, this hotel gave me a pleasant stay experience. I will choose this hotel next time. In addition, the scenery of Zhangjiajie is so beautiful. Walking on the green forest trails in Zhangjiajie, surrounded by lush trees and clear streams, it feels like being in a natural oxygen bar. People can't help but slow down and feel the gift of nature with their hearts.

I traveled to Zhangjiajie with three elderly people, one child and a group of six people. I stayed in the hotel for three days and two nights in a row. The bus at the door is very convenient and goes directly to Huanglong Cave and Wulingyuan Sign Gate. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to the east gate. Since there are many elderly people, the two-yuan bus is the first choice. There is no need to walk and it is very close to the long-distance bus station. I almost did all the shopping in the three days based on the guide provided by the hotel. The breakfast is decent and suitable for the elderly. There are air conditioners upstairs and downstairs. The bath water is warm and fast. The service attitude is good. The area around the hotel is very lively, with commercial streets lined with shops on both sides, making it very convenient to eat.

This hotel doesn't even have sandals, the water is not good, and the floor is slippery. Be careful if you wear disposable slippers!
