服務非常貼心，前台小姐姐還免費給升級了房間，早上既可以看日出，晚上又可以看黃昏日落的好地方，房間是靠湖邊的，視野很好，衞生乾淨，房間空間也很大。酒店設施設備也很新！總之一個字，贊👍

奔着湖光山色來的，環境景色果然絕絕子。到店後，前台還給了免費升級服務，非常感謝！房間裏有大陽台，直面湖景和遠山。房間新裝修不久，沒有一點異味。衞生也非常乾淨，床上用品很舒適。酒店的餐廳出品很好，味道不錯，推薦清蒸夢湖鱖魚。餐廳180度觀景大玻璃，風景太絕了。酒店空間很大，花園漂亮。在酒店裡，還免費享受了打乒乓球、桌球。有機會還會再來。

誤訂此處，天下大雨，晚上轉了半天進去，落葉滿園，大廳無人，出租司機又走了。己為走入了聊齋故事中，甚是惶恐，打客户電話找來服務員，説今晚整個山莊就我一客。問有吃的不？答沒有，快食麪都沒。問山莊**不？答你住我邊上房間，有個伴沒事。沒辦法風雨夜聽雨入眠，餓了一晚上。

五一期間帶家人入住，先説説優點：1.整個酒店居高臨下，湖景絕佳，好似一副傳統中國山水畫。2.前台服務不錯，主動升級了房型。3.房間新，面積大，落地窗外就是湖景，另外房間配置了小度小度。4.餐廳出品味道不錯，分量足，性價比高。接下來説説不足：1.房間網絡信號差，而且電視屬於網絡電視，導致出現無法觀看。2.五一期間大量本地居民擁入酒店遊玩，酒店缺乏管控，影響住客休息。3.房間隔音差，尤其是衞生間下水的噪音。4.早餐太簡陋，嚴重與酒店價格不匹配，牛奶居然都沒有。綜上，如果單純欣賞風景、放鬆心情，還是值得推薦。

整體體驗很不錯，好幾年前去過一次，這次故地重遊有了不一樣的體驗，林間穿一穿，湖邊走一走，有種樸素、恬靜的舒適，用餐也不錯，夢湖的超大魚頭映像深刻，遺憾衹拍了一些景，下次要把這裏的點點滴滴分享給宿友們

前台服務很好，很有禮貌！酒店佔地面積非常大，房間衞生乾淨整潔，距離樟樹東站很近，出差路過就選擇了這個酒店，簡直不要太完美，風景太美了，早上還可以看日出，房間很寬敞，停車也很方便，有餐廳吃飯，早餐豐富，設施設備都很新，估計剛開業不久，特別的適合度假親子游，房間也是現代智能化的，有電動窗簾，有機會還會再來，多住上幾天！強烈推薦！
