考試訂的這家店，提前訂的商務C，到了以後一直讓我加錢去大一點的商務a，我同意後又要去標準房……我不想説那麼多就同意了，事後想想合理懷疑是沒房間了才要我們自費換房。
我要安靜一點的，結果房間就在電梯門口，屋子異味很大，需要一直開着窗户和衞生間抽風。
晚上房間光線很弱！雖然有個小枱燈

如果大家這兩天要到輕工業考試，選擇住這個地方的話，一定要提前問問酒店什麼樣的房型是靠着小區那一面的。 ABC房型根本就沒有標註哪種房型靠不靠路。
面對着大路的那一類房型吵的要死 晚上根本睡不着覺。我詢問前台能不能給我換一個安靜點的房間，然後前台同意了之後，我下去拿房卡換房間，結果又把我換到了一個面對着大路的房間，我都無語了，最後想了想還是悶頭睡了。就睡了不到5個小時就去考試了。。。哎
衞生啥的很乾凈，裝修也整潔，剛來的時候前台小姐姐還免費給我升了個房，服務態度也蠻不錯的。然後也沒啥異味，環境是很好，就是來考試的千萬別來住面對大路那一面，窗户根本就不隔音，晚上一個貨車路過響喇叭，直接能把人弄醒，煩死了！！！

史上遇到的第一個無專業服務能力，但有惡劣服務態度的前台，能在服務業幹到現在，不知是什麼在支撐着。接到投訴的人倒是有服務意識，算是解決了問題，糟心的一次入住。

《故地重考》
2019年暑假8月來鄭州輕工業參加雅思紙筆考試訂過這個酒店，當時考生很多房間很緊張。這個酒店是離學校最近的酒店，過馬路走幾分鐘就到校門。2023年7月參加雅思機考又住在這裏，不同時間但同一個房間，不變的是貼心細緻有温度的服務。
攜程上訂的房間是 標準房 A + 2份早餐，房間寬敞明亮，裏側不臨街，很安靜，很適合休息備考。感謝經理安排的房間～
午餐晚餐預訂的酒店餐廳的飯菜，按需準備食材，廚師叔叔做得美味可口，阿姨温和貼心，吃的健康舒心更有助於考試發揮～
