酒店服務特別好，反饋問題處理很積極，主動幫忙提行李，喝酒回來還貼心送了蜂蜜水和花生到房間，特別是生日的時候還專門做了長壽麪給住户，很貼心。
酒店二樓有飯店，分量很大味道也不錯，前台還送了燴麪券，味道真不錯。
衝著服務，還會選擇該酒店入住。

服務：訂單時酒店提供的有早餐，結果衹有4個菜，其中三個菜是豆腐，連雞蛋都沒有。訂房是提前登記了身份證，小朋友睡著了，讓前台服務員提前給一下房卡都沒有給。差評，下圖是歡迎水果

我是外地人，這次帶孩子特意去河南自然博物館看恐龍化石的，訂了這家酒店，雖然店門不大，但是店員**服務真的很好，我是晚上22點入住的，她主動加了微信，衹要發了訊息都是第一時間解決問題，還提供了孩子的牙刷拖鞋，下次還會訂這個家
