This is my first time staying at Atour Hotel. This hotel on Jinshui Road in Zhengzhou is extremely cost-effective and is not recommended: 1. The overall experience of staying in a superior double room with a price of 420 per night is very poor, not even as good as an express hotel with a price of more than 100 per night. 2. A male waiter at the front desk who was not wearing work clothes directly asked me for my mobile phone number. He directly registered me as a member without my permission, which was very rude. 3. The temperature in Zhengzhou at the end of March was very low in the morning and evening. The temperature in the lounge was only over ten degrees Celsius, and the air conditioner in the hotel was unusable. I wonder if this is the case in every Atour hotel. Unavailability of air conditioning should be communicated before booking. 4. The sanitation of the hotel room is extremely poor, the furniture and items are shabby, and it definitely does not meet the standard of 420 per night. 5. There are few breakfast varieties. At Atour in the provincial capital city, the room rate of 420 per night is not as good as other similarly priced hotels. I would like to remind friends who come to Zhengzhou for business or tourism to not consider this hotel when choosing a hotel. It is recommended to choose a hotel with a regular star rating. Ctrip’s ratings are very rubbish and the recommendations are even rubbish.

The room is very large, and the night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is quite good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the good morning is also very rich. I recommend staying here!

I was very satisfied. When I left, the lady at the front desk gave me a souvenir and two bottles of hot Yibao mineral water. She was very considerate, the service was very good, the hygiene was very good, and the environment was very good. Highly recommended.

The parking lot is very small. If you arrive late, there will be no seats. You need to go to the art museum parking lot across the road. Although it's free, it takes more than 5 minutes to walk on a cold day, which is not very friendly. In the middle of the night on the first day of my stay, a robot delivered food to the wrong room. I called the room number several times and received a reply call after reporting to the front desk. I got so many calls in the middle of the night that I was a little overwhelmed. Although the hotel gave me a small gift when I left, it really affected my sleep.

The location is good and the service is average. I wanted to change to a quieter room. When I checked in, I told the front desk that they insisted that I had to change the room, but I was in the room for a long time. The front desk called and said I can change it. I packed everything up and disinfected it. Alas, at the front desk, I just decided not to change it. Now I have to change it. It makes me feel unhappy. Let’s keep it for one night.
