床單很臟 有血跡跟油漬 跟前台反應之後也沒有及時更換 本來一開始用了攜程的免費升房 給我們換了房間之後房間反而更小了 店長態度一般

服務好，環境不錯，雖然不算大但也挺精緻，兩人也足夠了，浴室倒是不小，有護髮素和潤膚露，還有這個很便利的飲水機。離河南博物院挺近的，踩個共享單車就能去到，唯一可惜的是面朝主幹道，跑到後面馬路才有一點吃的，附近餐飲特別是早餐好像不太多（所以必須按時吃早餐的還是買一下自助早餐吧）

臨時出差隨便訂了這家酒店，沒想到滿滿都是驚喜。雖然在市中心，但是酒店卻在一個大院子裏，鬧中取靜。房間裏面的直飲機可以説是很貼心了，想喝熱水的時候不用擔心電水壺的衞生問題，對於愛喝水星人不要太友好！我準備下次試試安睡房，感受一下科技助眠。

前台服務特別好，一次很愉快的體驗，我帶着我家孩子去博物館玩搜到的酒店，後來發現離動物園也挺近，爸安排完住宿，又帶着孩子去國貿360轉了一圈回來的時候還是早早的離得真近呀，酒店贈送罡茶特別温馨房間設施也很乾凈。地理位置在科學技術館院內，很安靜，不喜歡吵雜的，可以去體驗一下。

22年試營業的時候因為培訓來這裏住過幾天，除下房間小，其他體驗感感覺都挺好。
這次出差是直接奔着這家來了，誰知道讓人大跌眼鏡！
1.多花了點錢定的悦享房型，實際和精選房型一樣，面積還是小。
2.衞生間不知道是忘了打掃還是沒打掃，上一位客人的洗頭膏都沒處理，地面上都是水印，且馬桶圈上還有黃色尿漬……
3.房間裏的小愛同學，早上7點整播放音樂然後報時10點了，該起床吃飯了……
4.隔音一般，走廊裏説話的聲音一清二楚，7點多被吵醒。
好感敗完了，以後不會再選擇這家了。

酒店位置很好，去博物館，動物園，國貿360都是步行可達，停車場挺大，停車很方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，小愛智能懶人福音，酒店工作客人也很熱情，有問必答，非常親切友好，強烈推薦！！！！
